I am writing a review specifically two days after arrival, when the feelings cooled down, anger and euphoria passed!
We rested 24-31.01. 2021. Company 4 adults child.
We were given two rooms 235 and 236 on the second floor with an awesome view of the entire hotel and the pool,
at my request, and at the request of our travel agent, but we were asked for money for the reception. I didn't give it, I thought if you don't like it, I'll give you $20. Didn't need to. The hotel was not full anyway.
There are bathrobes in the room. Slippers, iron and board are available upon request.
The hotel itself is nice but small. Apparently new. Territory, buildings, interiors, rooms, furniture, bathroom - everything is ok.
Cleanliness is ok.

The pool is small but cute. And greenery all around. There are problems with heating. On the first day the water was cool, about 24 gr. After my walks and requests for everyone who can, the next day the water was hot. About 30 gr. The rest of the days were again barely warm. And most importantly, they measure with their thermometer, it shows 28, but people don’t go to the pool, because it feels like 23-24 degrees. My wife climbed into the pool five times in all days.
The same situation with the Wave. The pool is ice cold and people don't go into it. Accordingly, the wave is not included. I think it works during the season, when it strains. We were turned on specifically for the photo, after much persuasion and indignation. And she didn't work anymore. The small pool with slides is always hot.
If someone eats here at sea, then he is not here! I mean, actually, it is, but it's like Evpatoria or Kirillovka. You can not dream about corals and fish. They don't exist at all! And the view is not on the open sea, but on the opposite shore of the bay. And plus a bunch of ships, yachts and boats.
The beach is small, sunbeds are good, but stand in stacks, umbrellas are broken in places. And not a very clean beach. Does not make you want to go to the sea.
By the way, the road to the sea is not annoying at all. From our hotel 100m to the hotel 1st line, although this is not the first. Through the green area to the elevator 300-400 meters. And from the hotel down to the beach 200-250 meters. The car drives back up the hill.

This is the biggest problem with this hotel. There is very little food. Meat, chicken, fish are in one form, and the whole fish is not fried, And strangely, the food is not hot. The rice is cold, not reheated.

There are few pastries, but you can eat. There are no cakes to choose from. Fruit is also not a good choice. Melon, apple, guava cut into small pieces. Manyusenkaya persimmon, dates, pomegranate. It all happens in turn, on different days, not all at once. They say there was a strawberry, but I didn't see it. I didn’t have time)) There are no fruits at all! Seeing this for the first time!

Alcohol as everywhere, diluted. But! There are 5 drinks in a glass in the lobby. You can drink them, and very much even nothing. Bartenders tell new tourists that it is paid. You need to point your finger at the bottles behind the bartender and say pour it, otherwise it will pour a wineskin from plastic. Beer is mostly bottled, but there is also keg. Ask from a bottle. The hotel lobby is small but nice. But the best thing is that in front of him on the street, on the inside of the hotel, there is a platform with chairs in the form of cut rattan eggs. People gather in companies, move chairs, tables and rest. We played cow (crocodile) in a big company.
The animation is good. Both local guys and Ukrainians work for all 100.
In the evening competitions, performances. Day at the pool and at the sea. Music all day. This makes me happy.

Dirty, old and in need of renovation. And the attitude... We were driven along the corridors from massage to the sauna and to the hammam like geese. Just fitting. Don't you dare go! No relaxation! Moreover, on the beach, next to ours, a massage is $ 5. This I found out later.

We met the guys, they also had a DR that day. Let's go together, 7 people. The wife is elegant, in heels and with a bouquet of flowers, they said there is nowhere to put... in a restaurant !! ! I had to carry the flowers back to my room.
The food is cold, not tasty, like from the canteen. Everything is too long to describe. Instead of Seabass, they brought a piece of fillet in batter, again from the canteen.
We were very unhappy that we asked for glasses of champagne, and then whiskey. (Drinks are ours)
Dinner is 1 hour.
Twenty hours later, I go up to the restaurant manager and say, we have two DRs, where are the congratulations? And he. . . I don't speak Russian, and turns away.
