The area and location of the hotel is great, everything is close by. It takes about 10 minutes to go to the beach (this is not easy in the heat), I think it will be hard for children. There are 2 beaches at the disposal of tourists, both have a bar and a snack bar. You can always find sun loungers, you can also take a towel on the beach so as not to carry it from the hotel. The food was not very pleasant, everything is the same type and the taste of the food is not saturated.
The animators are cool, you can see that they are trying, they always ask if everything is fine with the vacationers. Special thanks to Lera, she was always ready to answer and help our questions. But the entertainment program is the same, every day is the same. But it seems like this is everywhere in Egypt, this is not Turkey for you). The evening show program is not bad, but it is repeated every 5 days. Entrance to the club is free for tourists of this hotel. Drinks are always cold, there is alcohol and they pour it without sparing. Naama Bay market is located next to the hotel. Before buying a tour, like all tourists, we read reviews and they were different, some sites say that the hotel is on the third line. Bribed the fact that the hotel is new, built in 2019.
Arrival. We arrived at the hotel after 10.00 and expected to wait until 14.00. We were immediately invited to eat. While we were in the restaurant, they prepared the room and immediately led us into it. The husband asked at the reception for a quieter room, we were taken to a room above the restaurant on the 3rd floor. This is some distance from the pool, where music is played and animation is carried out. The move in went very quickly. We did not pay anything for this and did not demand anything at the reception.
Number. The room is large, two large beds (for 3 people), in the bathroom there is a bath and a shower (whoever likes what), in addition to a large mirror, there is also a mirror for make up. All bathroom amenities (shampoo, hair conditioner, shower gel, soap) were replenished regularly. The room has a safe (free of charge), a kettle, bathrobes and slippers. Tea, coffee, sugar and cream in bags - replenished every day. Also, every day, 1.5 liters of water in plastic bottles were put in the room. If there was not enough water, you could take a bottle of water from the guys in the lobby bar, they know the word “bottle” and always gave water without any problems. I will say right away that in this bar you can drink natural Arabica coffee at any time of the day. On the day of arrival, 2 packs of juice and 3 cans of water were delivered to the bar for free: fanta, sprite, cola. Room cleaning - every day, there were no comments. You can insert a flash drive into the TV and watch.
All rooms overlook the hotel's patio, overlooking the grounds and pools.
Swimming pool. Or rather, pools, they are different, there are four of them on the territory. One is the main one, with an island in the middle, the second is with waves similar to the sea, the third is near the children's spa and the fourth is in the so-called water park (two slides). Animation was carried out near the main pool, and water aerobics classes were held in the pool itself. At any time, there were always enough sunbeds, we did not observe such that sunbeds were occupied in the morning. Near the pools there is a shower, toilet. Every morning, water is taken from the pool for analysis.
Territory. The territory of the hotel is small, compact, well-groomed, because the hotel is new - the flowers and shrubs are still young. Once I watched how paving slabs were washed with a special machine. The hotel buildings are interconnected and resemble a horseshoe, the ends of which are interconnected. The amphitheater is located behind the buildings, where different events were held every evening. There is a spa on site. Where it is located can only be seen on the sign, because there is no sign on it.
Spa-salon. It's something. All employees are masters of their craft. I decided to go to the hamam, to find out for myself the difference from Turkish. I was not only scrubbed with soap foam, but they made a coconut scrub for the whole body, and I lay like that on a marble slab for about 10 minutes. The massage is very different, they do Egyptian acupressure. At first, Yasmin (the girl who served me) asked how to massage: strong or normal, and then she did it. This is 1.5 hours of true relaxation. My husband did a full body massage - it took 40-50 minutes. Was very pleased.
Nutrition. The concept of the hotel is entertainment and food 24/7. You will never leave hungry. Although food is given out through distribution (due to quarantine restrictions), there are no queues in the restaurant, there is always space. Between breakfast, lunch and dinner, you can always have something to eat. If you want to eat at night, you can have a snack in the lobby bar. Also in the snack bar (Pool Bar) from 15.00 to 17.00 daily you can eat ice cream.
The food in the restaurant was varied: meat, fish, squid, chicken, duck. Always fresh in the morning - melon or orange. Fruits deserve special attention: bananas, melons, dates, oranges, watermelon, plums, apricots. In the evening - grilled meat or fish. There is healthy food - steamed vegetables, boiled fish, rice. Variety of desserts. No disposable tableware!
There are 2 restaurants on the territory - oriental and Italian cuisine. Once you can visit for free any of your choice - this is a bonus of the tour. We were in the east. Respect to the chef: the food, its abundance, everything was very tasty. Service is top notch.
Special thanks to the chef of the restaurant, at my request they prepared light chicken broth for two days. The restaurant managers then asked what I would do, maybe something else needs to be cooked. That's the attention and care. It was a pleasure.
Beach. The beach is 8-10 minutes walk through the beautiful Tropitel Naama Bay hotel, which has a lot of good photo locations. The beach is not very big, but a separate beach should open nearby. Towels are issued on the beach and at the pool on a card, you do not need to wear. At the beach bar, food is on schedule - french fries and fast food. There were also fruits. Drinks and local alcohol are free. The beach is closed at 17 o'clock, but we were later - it is open. There used to be a bus to the beach, but it was canceled due to the pandemic. The entry into the sea is sandy, the depth is small, there is no reef. So this is definitely not for lovers of snorkeling and the beauties of the underwater world of the Red Sea, but it is perfect for small children and those who cannot or are afraid to swim at depth.
Staff. There is active daytime and evening animation in the hotel and on the beach, you will not be bored. The animation was carried out in such a way that it did not bother anyone. The animators held exercises, yoga, darts competitions, etc. by the large pool. They approached everyone to all their events and invited them. Also for evening performances - at the entrance to the restaurant before dinner, everyone was invited. Animators also invited to events at the Tropitel Naama Bay Hotel, and vacationers from this hotel came to our hotel.
I was at yoga, which was conducted by Anastasia, I really liked it.
The hotel staff are great, they respond to requests and wishes, they try very hard, for which many thanks again! Once we came from the beach, and there was no water in the shower, to our question “When will there be water? ” they said 10 minutes. And quickly solved this problem. We moved the departure time to a later date, they called from the reception and said about it. That's the kind of attention.

Wi-Fi in the hotel is free, takes everywhere, but best of all in the lobby.
Location. Nearby is one of the main areas - Naama Bay, with a large number of shops, restaurants, nightclubs, etc. The Little Buddha Club is free for hotel guests, which is good for young people. If you want to go to the Old City, there are taxis at the hotel for 3-5 dollars, they will take you there and, if necessary, they will come and take you back for the same price (we agreed with the taxi driver for 8 dollars both ways).
We met many good and pleasant people, and we had the most wonderful impressions of our next stay in Egypt. If you want a relaxing and at the same time active holiday - this hotel is for you!

I won't come here for the second time. The hotel does not pull on 5 *****. It is better to consider hotels near Marina Sharm or Gafy, Sun&Fun.

The guide from the tour operator "TUI Group" did not bother us, they sent us off the next day.
He called early, offended that everyone did not come to his "lectures".
He is not interested in us, because we immediately refused "excursions". These "super excursions" are a separate issue.

Kettle, tea, coffee (powdered milk) and sugar in packages are in the room.

The beach is small, sunbeds are good, but stand in stacks, umbrellas are broken in places. And not a very clean beach. It does not make you want to go to the sea at all.

It all happens in turn, on different days, not all at once. They say there was a strawberry, but I didn't see it. I didn’t have time)) There are no fruits at all! Seeing this for the first time!
Alcohol as everywhere, diluted. But! There are 5 drinks in a glass in the lobby. You can drink them, and very much even nothing. Bartenders tell new tourists that it is paid. You need to point your finger at the bottles behind the bartender and say pour it, otherwise it will pour a wineskin from plastic. Beer is mostly bottled, but there is also keg. Ask from a bottle. There is a difference.
It's the same with coffee. There are coffee machines with granulated Nescafe, rare rubbish. And there is a professional coffee machine horn with natural coffee. It is necessary to indicate that the wineskin with instant coffee is not poured, the bartender convinces of the good quality of this coffee. Tried, do not recommend drinking.

Let's move on to the cons:

1. The disgusting attitude of the staff towards the guests. 90% are super surly, constantly huffing and making such a sour face like all the vacationers owe them money. The exception was the guy at the reception and the cleaner. The bartender, cooks and our guide Ahmed were very unpleasant people.
2. Bar. On the second day of our stay, all their beer turned sour, on the beach and in the bar. This did not stop them from pouring it on to tourists as if nothing had happened. Most of the drinks taste like this.
Often poured from plastic bottles rather than the glass that stands behind them. Always demand to pour from glass!
3. Food. Monotonous food, constantly repeated. For 6 days I learned all the breakfast dishes. On the beach, apart from potatoes and a hot dog, you shouldn’t count on anything too much.
4. Beach. Considering that vacationers from two hotels are accommodated there, it is very small. People are very close to each other, but TUI representatives say that there is no covid in Sharm.
5. Transfer to the sea. Of course, the walk is not very far, but if you are tired, then you will need to ask to be taken to the borders of the hotels. Just because no one will offer it to you.

In general, if you diversify the food, do not pour spoiled alcohol on the guests and have a conversation with the staff, the hotel would pull on 5 stars. And so really 4-ka with a stretch.

P. S. As a person resting there precisely according to the DAY&NIGHT concept, I do not advise you to go there with children, choose a nearby hotel instead. There are a lot of young people here, they can interfere with sleep.

We rested 24-31.01. 2021. Company 4 adults child.
We were given two rooms 235 and 236 on the second floor with an awesome view of the entire hotel and the pool,
at my request, and at the request of our travel agent, but we were asked for money for the reception. I didn't give it, I thought if you don't like it, I'll give you $20. Didn't need to. The hotel was not full anyway.
There are bathrobes in the room. Slippers, iron and board are available upon request.
The hotel itself is nice but small. Apparently new. Territory, buildings, interiors, rooms, furniture, bathroom - everything is ok.
Cleanliness is ok.
The pool is small but cute. And greenery all around. There are problems with heating. On the first day the water was cool, about 24 gr. After my walks and requests for everyone who can, the next day the water was hot. About 30 gr. The rest of the days were again barely warm. And most importantly, they measure with their thermometer, it shows 28, but people don’t go to the pool, because it feels like 23-24 degrees. My wife climbed into the pool five times in all days.
The same situation with the Wave. The pool is ice cold and people don't go into it. Accordingly, the wave is not included. I think it works during the season, when it strains. We were turned on specifically for the photo, after much persuasion and indignation. And she didn't work anymore. The small pool with slides is always hot.
If someone eats here at sea, then he is not here! I mean, actually, it is, but it's like Evpatoria or Kirillovka. You can not dream about corals and fish. They don't exist at all! And the view is not on the open sea, but on the opposite shore of the bay. And plus a bunch of ships, yachts and boats.
The beach is small, sunbeds are good, but stand in stacks, umbrellas are broken in places. And not a very clean beach. Does not make you want to go to the sea.
By the way, the road to the sea is not annoying at all. From our hotel 100m to the hotel 1st line, although this is not the first. Through the green area to the elevator 300-400 meters. And from the hotel down to the beach 200-250 meters. The car drives back up the hill.
Nutrition.
This is the biggest problem with this hotel. There is very little food. Meat, chicken, fish are in one form, and the whole fish is not fried, And strangely, the food is not hot. The rice is cold, not reheated.

Beef in the form of boiled meat with gravy. There are vegetables, not a lot. Feta cheese is put once. I did not have time to take it, there will not be a second time.
There are few pastries, but you can eat. There are no cakes to choose from. Fruit is also not a good choice. Melon, apple, guava cut into small pieces. Manyusenkaya persimmon, dates, pomegranate. It all happens in turn, on different days, not all at once. They say there was a strawberry, but I didn't see it. I didn’t have time)) There are no fruits at all! Seeing this for the first time!
Alcohol as everywhere, diluted. But! There are 5 drinks in a glass in the lobby. You can drink them, and very much even nothing. Bartenders tell new tourists that it is paid. You need to point your finger at the bottles behind the bartender and say pour it, otherwise it will pour a wineskin from plastic. Beer is mostly bottled, but there is also keg. Ask from a bottle. There is a difference.
It's the same with coffee. There are coffee machines with granulated Nescafe, rare rubbish. And there is a professional coffee machine horn with natural coffee. It is necessary to indicate so as not to pour a wineskin
Service is a problem!
Half of the staff with a disgruntled face! Not friendly and chirping when you ask for something!
You have to beg for food. The feeling that they are giving theirs is the last.
According to a local worker, we were just unlucky! It seems that everything depends on the manager who is currently in charge. There are great, good, bad and very bad. We hit that bad. After all, I went here based on reviews and video reviews. And everything was different there.
What it depends on is not clear. Lottery. After all, a month ago everything was fine.
Room cleaning is ok. Whether you give a dollar or not, it makes no difference. Cleaned even when the sign hangs do not clean. Shampoo was given on the day of arrival and already on the 4th day he asked for more.
The hotel lobby is small but nice. But the best thing is that in front of him on the street, on the inside of the hotel, there is a platform with chairs in the form of cut rattan eggs. People gather in companies, move chairs, tables and rest. We played cow (crocodile) in a big company.
The animation is good. Both local guys and Ukrainians work for all 100.
In the evening competitions, performances. Day at the pool and at the sea. Music all day. This makes me happy.
In the evening there is a visit to a nightclub with dancing and cocktails, but beer is paid.
Wi-Firfr seems to be there, but it works intermittently. We had almost no internet for two days.
Managed to go to the spa. For the first time in my life, I fell for a friendly, courteous barker.
But since there are 5 of us, we were sent to the Naama hotel on the 1st line. That's horrible! I do not recommend to anyone! The massage is not great. Hamam has no words at all! Dirty, old and in need of renovation. And the attitude... We were driven along the corridors from massage to the sauna and to the hammam like geese. Just fitting. Don't you dare go! No relaxation! Moreover, on the beach, next to ours, a massage is $ 5. This I found out later.
Maybe a hotel here, Waves, is different.

Only the Italian restaurant was open that day. I knew from the reviews that he didn’t really want to go to the east. But there was no choice.
We met the guys, they also had a DR that day. Let's go together, 7 people. The wife is elegant, in heels and with a bouquet of flowers, they said there is nowhere to put... in a restaurant !! ! I had to carry the flowers back to my room.
The food is cold, not tasty, like from the canteen. Everything is too long to describe. Instead of Seabass, they brought a piece of fillet in batter, again from the canteen.
We were very unhappy that we asked for glasses of champagne, and then whiskey. (Drinks are ours)
Dinner is 1 hour.
Twenty hours later, I go up to the restaurant manager and say, we have two DRs, where are the congratulations? And he. . . I don't speak Russian, and turns away. After 10 minutes, 1 waiter comes out with two cakes and stands, without a word! Somewhere the music was softly turned on. It's all congratulations!!!
I had a little fight at the reception. It didn't make sense.
We gathered, took the cakes, went to the main restaurant. There's even speakers, music.
We asked the manager of this restaurant, with a lot of persuasion, to arrange a normal congratulation here. Sat down to celebrate. Ten minutes later, 10 people, with drums with a song, really corrected the situation. Congratulations cool! I thought everything, DR is spoiled. Thanked the manager as expected.
