Chose this hotel based on reviews. We arrived early, and early check-in for money, but officially they give a receipt, which is not typical in principle for other hotels. We were placed in a room. We went there and the room was terrible. Very bad even the fact that we paid for it already I didn't really like it. I went to ask for a room change. Everything is peaceful, no scandals, and they changed us to a completely different building. I understand that there were fewer residents there. The first building where we were settled there were only Ukrainians, and in the building where we were moved there were Ukrainians %30 maximum. That is, there are already Poles, Czechs and so on. And it is clear that it is not new either, but the repair and external condition is so normal.
There is a very beautiful reef and a very small pontoon. We went to a lot of places, but nowhere was there so many fish and such a beautiful reef as this hotel. Therefore, the sea was very pleasant. The beach is a bit small, it is not designed for all guests to lie on the beach. You need to wake up at 7 in the morning and go to book a sunbed for yourself, leave towels, although in principle you can’t do this, but there’s no other way. As for the pools themselves, there are so many, but we only swam in the pool once, it didn't make sense to us.
In general, the area around the hotel is very large. There are hotels nearby, probably on the same territory, but there are two neighboring ones. It turns out like the first and second lines. And this one and it is quite large, the territory is well-groomed. But there is a lift there, it turns out a lot of all sorts of steps, that is, if people with disabilities or with children are not particularly and it is better to take rooms near the sea in order to travel less with strollers.

The food is generally good. But the choice is not very large. It was always there a couple of types of meat, fish, everything is as always in general. One thing that surprised me is that they usually let everyone into the restaurant, and then everyone looks for a table and wanders around the restaurant with food. And they immediately meet you at the entrance to the restaurant and escort you to a table. If there are no seats, then everyone is waiting. And very often there were queues, well, quite large, it takes about 15 minutes to wait for a table. A la carte restaurants are also included there, we went to a couple: we went to Lebanese and Indian, then there food is a separate menu for free, and drinks are paid. In principle, a good Lebanese one, I liked it, but not very Indian, because I just didn’t see Indian cuisine.
As for the animation, this is the worst animation I've ever seen. The guys just walk around and don't want to do anything. They communicated only with those who constantly went to discos with them. As for the Internet, we bought a card.
Basically a normal hotel. There are some nuances, but everything is solved. It’s just that the attitude towards Russian speakers is not very good, because it is customary for us not to leave a tip, and if you leave a tip at least a few times, then they will know you and the attitude will be excellent. What kills me in our people is that it’s a pity for them to spend some 10 dollars on tips for the entire vacation, and then they complain that they are treated badly.
