Yes, upon arrival we were met, we were only one couple who arrived that day and, according to the person at the reception, they picked up a wonderful room for us, everything we asked for. The main restaurant was like this: the smell of food waste or what unpleasant odors. Carts with dirty dishes and bags of waste in front of your face are constantly moving around the hall at the level of your eyes and mouth when you eat, everywhere there is dirt on the floor and a feeling of unsanitary conditions, soft sofas along the walls, they probably forgot when they were dry-cleaned, they are all in spilled drinks or leftovers food. The staff does not have time to clean up the dishes - for all the time they offered drinks at one time, full self-service queue for a drink, all around the queue - they give out paper napkins one per person.

On the positive side, there were sanitizers on every table. The quality of food and variety is weak all the same, we were 11 days, management organization is disgusting. Fresh when you do not press. The staff is not trained to work and communicate with guests, there is not enough staff for cleaning, can you walk around the hall with plates in search of a free or clean table, there are few who didn’t have time to enter the restaurant, is it hot outside?

We only had breakfast in connection with such situations in the main restaurant and dined only in Ala carte restaurants: if you still come to this hotel, this will be your salvation. I saved an Italian restaurant on the beach at lunchtime, it worked as a diner, you could eat there, fish zips, burgers, salads, but everything is a C grade with a stretch of four minus. Of the pleasant moments, it is clear that we loved drinking Turkish coffee in the lobby; there was just a master and an insanely nice guy. The restaurant on the beach was just a professional. From the pleasant, I can say that we extended the room for an hour until 13.00 without any problems and for free. The territory of the hotel, in principle, is very beautiful green and it is very pleasant to walk in the evening. Although dilapidation and old age is already visible in everything.
