Arabs or Egyptians came with us, and so, all the attention and service was provided to them first of all. In the restaurant, the wait staff, in the same way, first served their own then us. Second minus. We are not picky in terms of choosing a room (we are going to the sea, not sitting in a room). We had a standard room. But, on the street in the corridor, a large air conditioner hummed very strongly, it was not possible to sleep in the room at night.
I asked to change my room the next day. I was offered another room, then they showed it to me and I agreed, moreover, I was told to prepare my things by 12.00 for transfer to another room. So, not at 12.00, not at 13.00 no one came. I repeatedly called the reception and asked when they would come and transfer things, to which they answered that in 10 minutes someone from the staff would come and transfer the suitcases, and then in general, like not understanding the Russian language, they began to hang up. So without waiting for help, we ourselves transferred things to the door of the new room, and then (I'm angry) came to the reception, began to resent loudly and took the keys.
The third minus, on the 3rd day our grandmother had nausea, lethargy, began to twist her stomach, and on the 4th day I started having problems with the intestines with the same symptoms as my grandmother.
