Hello!
There was a week free from work, we decided to quickly spend it on a trip to Egypt. No need to bother with visas, and the rest is the most budgetary. Without choosing for a long time, it was decided that "they don't look for good from good. " And here it is, Sultan Garden! I will not repeat about the hotel, the review is earlier. I will write what has changed with the arrival of a new manager, what we have seen, what we want to draw your attention to.
The hotel has not lost its "management leader" status. It pleased. In a country like Egypt, where you spend a lot of time on the hotel grounds, management is important to me.

Of the new, there were bathrobes in the rooms, fewer boutiques on the territory, a beautiful fountain at the reception, educated Arab sellers. It is especially pleasant to communicate with the weaver of carpets. The sweetest person!! ! A person does business with his own hands and does not yell, does not get nervous, does not impose, is well-mannered, speaks Russian well. I respect such people!
From a very old... furniture, failure of electronic locks.
I want to note an IMPORTANT thing, if no one enlightened you, like us: if you have the honor to visit this hotel again, write to their website about your desire to come. You need to issue a VIP-client card. And she gives a lot of priorities. For starters, an individual transfer to the hotel and back. Next - b / pl "late check out" until 14.00 and beyond. Discounts in restaurants, fruits in the room, choice of room (of course, if possible). I don't think it's enough!! ! What is amazing, the representative of the tour operator Pegasus, of course, not a word about this. Thank you, hotel client manager. So, keep in mind!
What else? Here, this is important: RIF! It has become poorer, very strikingly different from what we observed in 2009. The reason is probably in the wind, or maybe in construction sites. There were already three of them around, not counting the new wall on the beach of our hotel. Don't worry, everything has already been built and looks very harmonious. In general, it’s good that we all managed to see it earlier! What is floating there now is nothing compared to what I squealed from literally earlier. I recommend swimming from the path to the left, there the corals have retained their appearance and you can (if you're lucky) see such a small moray eel and 2 lionfish. Big fish, big ones (including tuna) didn't swim. Well, do not worry, go on excursions, you will see everything there. The locals attribute it all to the wind. So maybe the fish will come.

Now about excursions. We are not lovers of "seal rest". Egypt is pleasant to us only in the face of this hotel (maybe I'm wrong, but I'm not going to check it on other hotels yet). What am I for? We went to this country with the decision to visit Israel. So here's my advice. Again, I do not insist on who is ready for what, I recommend the Egyptian MOT "Sinai Voyage". Contacted them in Russia, according to the site, in principle, all questions are clear. Politely, without a hitch, they answered us, explained everything. We booked a trip to Israel. Guys are responsible. Prices - 3 times cheaper than that!! ! But it's up to you to decide with whom you are more reliable, and go with that. Quality (we went earlier only with MOT, intimidated so that we didn’t even think about local agencies) - NOT WORSE! Trust me. The only thing that overshadows excursions in Egypt is the road. It takes 50% of the tour. Drive to Israel from Taba. And in no other way. A very, very long journey!
We also took a boat trip to Tiran. It's a miracle! We enjoyed the dolphins for so long, so close! It was worth it. Well, the underwater world is richer, especially in the lagoon. Everything there is real - large, sleepy, not shy.
Well, that's probably enough! Don't regret it, go! The hotel is decent, green, bright, calm. Well, only in the previous review I read about the Arabs that they visited Sultan for the weekend. We saw them, thank God, already waiting for the transfer to the airport. It certainly was an unpleasant sight. Completely agree with the previous reviewer. In a few minutes, they let us know that our time at the hotel was up and we should leave it with a smile without seeing all this mess in the lobby, in the restaurant, near the pools. I really hope you are as lucky as we are! SUCCESSFUL REST!
