We stayed at this hotel at the end of November. Two adults and a 3 year old child.
Check-in went very quickly, we arrived at 6 in the morning, the hotel was the third from the airport, the time was about 30 minutes, we were given a room already at 9 in the morning, before that we ate comfortably (the hotel allows all tourists for breakfast without any problems, even if you already moved out or not moved in yet).
We got the room itself on the first line, excellent repair and next to Taf-Taf (a machine that drives around the hotel), probably a souvenir presented at the reception influenced such a good room, the money was not paid extra.

The room is cozy, although all the rooms in the hotel are like that, they went to visit friends in the villa by the jacuzzi.

The room has two pairs of slippers, two bathrobes (they are changed and washed as needed), complete sets of towels. The bathroom has enough soap accessories, ear sticks and sponges. Soundproofing and ventilation pleased, the shower is fenced off with glass - there is enough space.
A large closet in the hallway, a safe, a refrigerator with a minibar (the first time everything is included, then you can order and pay extra), cola / fanta / sprite soda in the minibar. On the bedside table are TWO 1.5 liters of water without gas, which is very cool and convenient, a kettle, of course, coffee, tea, sugar, dried cream. All this is replenished every day, while you can ask for supplements.

The room was cleaned well, somewhere not perfect, but you could ask and the guy quickly coped. No tips and dissatisfaction. (Tipping was left on the last day for everything).

The beds were two single beds, which was a bit surprising, the baby cot was brought quickly.
The sockets are standard, but there are not enough of them in the room, we had to turn something off.

Mosquitoes - got eaten on the first day with an open balcony, they are poisoned around the territory every day, but only the fumigator helped and in the evenings with the curtain closed and without light. A bitten child scared others and suffered in salt water ((
Towels for the beach and the pool can be received on cards, you can easily change them to dry ones, the location of the points of issue is convenient on the territory of the whole hotel.

The pools are clean, there are many of them, they are with different temperatures, children are not allowed in the jacuzzi and the pool next to it - it was not cool to find out about this in fact. Although the jacuzzi is so-so, 4 jets and usually 4 manatee aunts sitting on these jets ...some kind of tin) But there is a bar nearby and everyone drinks and plays music in this pool, I don’t know how audibility is in the rooms nearby, but definitely not recommended with children can.

Other pools, especially for children, are not bad, the slide is only from 4 years old! Rescuers follow pretty well, sometimes they force (and even give out) vests or armlets to children.

There is a bar nearby, food is also available. Drinks depend on the bartender, this has been the best and worst majito I've had in years. We didn’t drink alcohol, so I won’t say, but once the bartender splashed into the majito by mistake - the smell of cheap alcohol ...for an amateur.
The beach is sandy, BUT the entry into the water is rocky in some places, it is better to buy special slippers in advance, which we did - the optimal price is $ 5 more expensive, this is a divorce. What is strange, but by the age of 12 people on the beach decreased exactly by half, by lunchtime and after the beach seemed to be deserted. You can’t swim in the evening, mainly because of the fish, they swim to the shore in the cooled water and can injure, consider something unrealistic. The water is warm, the place is windless (because of the mountains), there are a lot of sunbeds, and even at rush hour you can find places (though not immediately). The water is about 2 meters, further there is a fenced reef, which is protected and cannot be entered.
The fish near the shore are cool, but there is one that you shouldn’t tease - it can bite or scratch - just don’t touch the fish and they won’t touch you, it’s safe for children, because this fish always cuts circles in the same place and doesn’t go further is moving.
ZATO has a pier from which it is convenient to jump / enter the sea and swim comfortably - the fish were especially pleased! We arrived with glasses for the pool - you can see it perfectly, but the mask is better - the optimal price for a large mask is $ 8-10, the rest is a divorce) The same mask was offered up to $ 20, friends and other tourists bought after bargaining for 15 ...Prices good ones in the Market, but it’s better to go there for the sake of real purchases on your own, and not with a crowd of tourists.

TAXI - the hotel has a terrible scam regarding taxi prices, to the city at a price of $ 20, you can bargain for 15 or even 10, BUT knowing the local customs, I took a taxi at the hotel for $ 10 in ONE direction (we didn’t bargain cheaper for the first time, but my husband was afraid to catch the hotel)) BACK we caught the car very quickly and returned to the hotel for $ 4! ! ! This is the normal price! 4 bucks to the market, maximum 5, but no more!

There is a beautiful mosque near the market, there is nothing else to see, but you can walk to the lagoon and take a boat there and go on a sea excursion even on a boat with a glass bottom - the PRICE is MUCH lower than the tour that the guide from the tour operator will offer you (about $ 25-30-35 , but there are options and bargaining)
The second time we went to the advertised Naama Bay embankment, we took a hotel taxi, and only because it was getting dark and they gave us $ 7, by the way, we returned again for $ 4 (by the way, in all official taxis there is a price list for mileage services, our trips according to the price list cost $ 3, but of course the locals or the most angry are more likely to pay this way))
The embankment in the dark did not show us the beach, but showed the noisy rows of merchants and cafes, by the way, you can also buy masks and slippers at a profit there. In general, a disappointment. It's only fun if you drink, which is what most tourists did.

Let's go back to the hotel.
The area is large and well maintained, very large...
A lot of people liked this holiday, but not us. There is something to compare and perhaps the tour operator's phrase "this is a very good hotel and it is popular with our tourists" will set me up the next time correctly, that is, to avoid such joy. ))

FOOD
The "all inclusive from 7 days" package includes two A la Carte restaurants, it is better to book them on the first or second day of your holiday, otherwise there will be no places for your arrival dates.
I highly recommend Zaytouna (Middle Eastern Cuisine) - everything on the menu didn't look very or the same, BUT in reality, when the dishes were brought - it was cool! Presentation, taste, combination, service! Everything is fine, I wanted to shoot on camera and exchange with my husband in order to try everything.
I advise you to sit outside.

I can't recommend the Italian restaurant either. The service is good, the restaurant is nuuu normal, but the food is the same as in the distribution on the buffet. Mushroom cream soup, pasta, except that there was no pizza at the distribution.
Everything is delicious, but the same thing can be taken every day and so. We additionally ordered Lobster... shouldn't have done it. Firstly, it is frozen, secondly, they don’t know how to cook it, they didn’t want to eat it up.

A la Carte are restaurants for ADULTS, you can come there with children even 12 years old, but children everywhere will be given the same menu with french fries, salad and chicken nuggets. Our three-year-old did not suffer, but the other children at the neighboring tables were not very happy, and some were frankly upset.

Restaurant - buffet.
I must say right away that I unwittingly compared it with Turkey (do not do this). I didn't like it, but it was ok, sometimes tasty, sometimes just OK. My husband liked everything, but he did not live in Turkey and was in Egypt for the first time.
Objectively, the food is good, varied, I have not met poisoned people.
The connection is good, it was possible to work on the computer and communicate via audio / video (it was better to catch in the room and in the lobby).

I didn’t like the kids club, the animators seem to be trying, but (please forgive me) this is such a redneck ...not only is surzhik, but also games for children from the village. My daughter and I just stood there and watched what was happening. The club itself is more or less, the territory is not very good and in some places it smelled strongly of poop (probably someone ran to the bush instead of the toilet). Games like paint pasta, and animators on the sidelines rehearse the evening "show". They also played find the treasure, but it was also poorly organized, the games are more likely for girls 10-12 years old from some kind of outback, so shoving and running first, poking and running for the next key or coin. Certainly some liked it there, but if your child is 4-6-8 years old, this entertainment is unlikely for him. The children were not divided by age.
I am writing solely in view of experience and in comparison with other children's clubs that I met and in which I happened to be with my own and not only a child.
Animators by the way are not evil and not nasty.

Evening animation and SHOW.
Children's "disco" at 20:15, the kids are pushing on the stage, the same animators are trying to entertain the same games every day. Quite boring from the second time, simple cheerful music would be better, the children danced with great joy, there were especially many kids 2-3-4-5 years old.

To hold a 10-minute competition, where the seniors play for a knockout and only the 2nd is left as it is not comme il faut, the rest are just waiting for it to end. This joy lasts about 40-45 minutes. There are really few dances, the children definitely didn’t have enough.
21:00 Children are dispersed from the stage and the evening show begins, dances of the peoples of the world or the competition Mr. Sultan Gardens) In general, it is quite interesting, we have been to many performances, there is nothing more to do in the evenings (well, just drink at the bar)))
