Разочаровал отель (((( Disappointing hotel

Hello, before choosing a hotel, we studied reviews, descriptions, talked with a travel agent, stopped at this hotel and were disappointed in it when we arrived there. I want to share my impressions. There were three of us - two adults and a 3 year old. We were in Egypt for the second time, before that we rested in the Renaissance, also in Sharm. I will not compare hotels, as they have different price categories, I will just share my impressions.
1. For some reason, no one writes that this hotel has a dead coral reef. Consequently, gray coral and the absence of living creatures. You will not see fish in abundance here, in any weather, except for parrot fish, zebra fish and clown fish. The desire to swim with a mask disappeared on the second day, as the landscape is lifeless.
2. Staff attitude. You will simply be ignored - at the reception, in the bar, in the restaurant, preferring the Italians. Tips don't help. I don’t know how they distinguish our brother from the Italians, maybe we have a different facial expression. At the bar, Russians are poured drinks into a plastic glass - foreigners into glass, but you still have to stand for half an hour to be approached or to attract attention to yourself. The room was cleaned properly. But the waiters are just rude. No one will answer you rudely, but they look at you with disdain or pretend that you simply do not exist. I was very upset by this attitude - it is not clear what you are paying money for, so that they look askance at you.

3. Food is monotonous. Yes, you won’t go hungry, but there’s not much to choose from, after four days of stay, all dishes go in a circle, despite the “themed” evenings. Thank God there were no poisonings. Dishes in the main restaurant are normal, clean. But the bars are just awful. Either a plastic disposable glass, or a plastic glass, but it is very reusable, it is disgusting to take it, let alone drink from it. There is only fast food in the bars, in general, we did not eat there, having studied the menu.
4. The animation is normal, the guys are trying, the children's disco is primitive - every evening the same thing. The adult show is ok.
5. Number. For 30 USD received room 204, with a view of the roof of the neighboring building located below. Everything worked in the room, unlike our neighbors, who started to show the TV with a push, the air conditioner and hair dryer did not work. The furniture is VERY tired. The bed linen is darned in places.
As a result, I was disappointed in the hotel, I will not go to it and I will not recommend it to my friends.
