Bought for a rating of 8 and regret it. It used to be a great hotel, but now it's a pretty average place.
From the pros: many pools, there is a separate pool for adults with a bar in the water and a quiet pool, a bus from the reception to the beach and back, good food in the restaurant and friendly staff there, a short pontoon and a comfortable pier with steps, a good reef.
Cons: the hotel is large and located on a slope, as a result there are many steps and not everywhere you can drive with a stroller. Not a day went by that I didn't carry the stroller in my hands. For example, you can’t drive to the beach with wheels! There is only one water slide, very slow and only for children) The number of rooms is rather shabby (we were in suites 530 and 533): dirty curtains, rickety doors, a dirty sofa and very noisy air conditioners! In the early days, an electrician was called several times and four people to open the safe due to a malfunction. The first night had to be spent without air conditioning due to the lack of a control panel. This is at a temperature of 31 at night!
The kids club is very weak: poor, but clean. Only animators save, there are very few toys.
