Hello. So, in hot pursuit, so to speak, I decided to write a review about this wonderful hotel. In the Sultan we rested from February 27.2016 to March 9.2016. In Egypt, we are not the first time. There is something to compare. I will say this: the hotel is very good with a large green area, smiling and attentive staff. Now I will try to write briefly, but objectively.
We flew from Odessa. Arrival to Sharm. Check-in to the hotel was fairly quick. We put $20 in our passport, we were given a nice room on the second floor with a panoramic view of the sea, Tiran Island. I will definitely upload a photo of the view from the room. By the way, our room number was 255. This is the third row of buildings from the sea. (I will also upload a view on the map). I will say this: many were settled in these rooms, since now the hotel is undergoing a major overhaul of some buildings. Therefore, tourists are trying to settle away from buildings in which repairs are underway. I'm not saying that everyone is accommodated with a sea view, other buildings are also well populated. Pleasant moment when upon check-in we were met by a waiter with drinks (juices). It was a pleasant touch.
The territory of the hotel is large, well-groomed, a lot of greenery. I love it very much. There are currently 4 pools in operation. 2 heated pools (one for children with a water slide), one for adults and children over 14 with a jacuzzi (also heated) and 2 unheated pools. True good heating was in the winter months. We got a little. When spring came, the heating decreased significantly, but this did not spoil the impression. Just like a fact. Separately, I want to dwell on the fact that the pool with a jacuzzi is a kind of relaxation for people who come without small children and want silence. Children are not allowed there. Also different employees from the spa center, diving, etc. are not allowed there. Rest, so rest. At first we did not like it, as we arrived with a small child, but then we "checked out" the situation.

The food at the hotel is varied and tasty. Every day something new, fried, stewed....I will not list everything. I will say briefly: we were very satisfied with the food, despite the fact that now the resort is going through hard times. Much was reduced in nutrition (we were told this), but if they had not told me anything about this, I would not have experienced any discomfort. It is said that there was a large amount of seafood. There was fish, but there were no frills like shrimp, etc. .
Separately, I want to dwell on the animation team and the evening shows. The animation is good, unobtrusive, but at the same time we constantly felt attention. Special thanks to Anya, Alexandro, Vlad and children's animator Irina. They are great. Other animators are also smart, just the ones listed above are Russian-speaking and it was easier for us to communicate. At the pool and on the beach, they constantly held competitions, aerobics, aqua aerobics, etc. It was never boring. Special thanks to Irina. It so happened that our dotsi had a birthday at the hotel. Everyone treated our holiday with great attention: both the animation and just the attendants. The whole day the child was congratulated and given signs of attention. In the evening, they also congratulated at the children's disco. The child was delighted. I want to separately mention the beach and pool supervisor MOHAMED A. RAHMAN. He is also very sociable and attentive to guests. He paid attention to both the pool and the sea, the attention of vacationers. It's nice. He made us a sea for our daughter sand sculptures. A trifle, but nice. Good positive person.
The hotel rooms are good and big. Wi-Fi operates throughout the hotel. Upon arrival, be sure to ask for an access code. One code for one device. Give for each guest. The code is valid for 8 days (usually they go for 8 days), then you need to go to the reception and they will give you another access code, since the first one is blocked automatically. True, we did not immediately recognize this nuance.
In general, the hotel is good. Of course, it needs repair, which is what the owners are doing. But this does not affect the quality of the rest. Would like to return here.
