Arrived at the hotel from December 25 to January 1.2010-2011.
Arriving at the hotel was a delight. We, who were late, were waited for and immediately taken to dinner. Then registration. They took the bags to the room, gave a tip. The impression is good. The room is spacious, the interior is pleasant. This is Sol Y Mar Riva Corps Mar. Apparently the oldest, but I liked it more than all of the three. The setting is like a palace.
The hotel has 4 swimming pools. One heated pool - very warm. You can swim at least all day without getting out.
Perhaps this is where the good ends.
On the territory there are reservoirs in the form of a river, a lake and several waterfalls. Polluting ponds are natural swamps in which clouds of mosquitoes breed.
The rooms are not cleaned at all. They just make the bed and hang the towels nicely.

We broke a glass between the beds. I put the urn there and put a sheet of paper on top, on which I wrote in English a request to be removed. The cleaners put the urn back under the table, the fragments on the floor were not touched. So we left, leaving a bunch of fragments on the floor.
The choice of food is rather poor. I compare this with how I rested in Turkey, as well as according to the reviews of other people.
On the beach belonging to the hotel, they sell entertainment such as diving, water park, safari, etc. I took diving. I told him for a long time that I definitely want to take a program with two dives. Paid 60 euros. Let's go in the morning. Several other people were driving from our hotel, including four Belarusians. They talked all the way. They all took two dives too. When registering for diving, it turned out that only one dive was ordered and paid for for all of us. The program did just that. There I found out that for 60 euros you can't buy two dives, which I believe. However, I would have paid more for what I wanted and wouldn't even charge 20 euros if I knew it was only one dive. In general, they, fearing that too high a price will scare people away, name prices for more meager programs, promising full ones. Then I got 10 euros back, but then I needed two dives, not 10 euros back. In general, this hotel is inflated with entertainment programs.
Shortly resting before us, tourists talk about the theft of money. We ourselves kept money and phones in a safe. I can quite believe in theft, as the cleaners stole the ball (for 1 bucks) from our children's room. After talking at the reception, slipped the ball back two days later.

On December 29, in the morning the weather was cloudy and it rained at times. By evening, the skies cleared up completely. It was pouring rain and lightning flashed. In all three buildings, the roof is simply full of holes. Cleaners rushed about with buckets and rags. Water poured straight from the sockets of electric light bulbs on the ceiling. After looking at this, I thought that it should be good to shy away soon. And so it happened. Soon everything went offline. Given that rain is a natural disaster for them, the technicians dealt with the problem well. Backup generators were launched, the buildings were partially electrified.
New Year's Eve Gala Dinner  was in doubt due to force majeure in the form of a downpour the day before, as the entire hall was flooded. But nothing, we did it. Everything was dried with vacuum cleaners, washed, and everything went without jambs from the technical side.
The tables are set, pre-ordered champagne is in a glass with ice near the table. They announced the beginning of the holiday and invited everyone to eat - go to the buffet for food. For 77 euros for dinner per person, the waiters could have served, but instead, they all moved at once to the only row of tables with food, a huge queue formed with climbing out of line and scuffles between the hotel guests. There was a lot of food in quantity, but some delicacies ran out immediately and were not replenished again. The program has begun. Programs were performed by local animation producers. Judging by their lack of synchronicity, but I would rather call the movements out of sync, they rehearsed once. It was a little better than the guests learning to dance with a teacher on the beach. No acoustics in the hall. Speakers suspended from the ceiling are roaring and all this is humming in the hall. Between short performances there were protracted discos. Those who were completely drunk, maybe they liked it, but I just wanted to get an entertainment program. At midnight, the new year was announced, everyone was congratulated. We uncorked a bottle of champagne, drank a glass of this sourness and offered it to the passengers at the next table. There they gave this bottle for 45 bucks. Immediately the bartenders began to ask money for drinks. After talking with the chief chef about what they say I paid this money for, he said, sorry, there was a misunderstanding, they say, take it to your health. Then something else began. The music was screaming, as if the disco was not finishing, but the waiters collected everything from the tables, literally kicking everyone out. We went to the toilet for two minutes. Upon our return, everything was swept from our table, including cigarettes and a lighter, which, in fact, were left there in order to show that we had not left at all. It was not possible to return the cigarettes, even with the intervention of the big boss. We came to the room, watched a little New Year's program on the first channel and went to bed. It was early to get up in the morning. All those departing were provided with packets of dry rations. They agreed to give coffee at the bar only for 3 bucks.
In general, I called it all a five-star hostel at the end, because as a hotel it pulls a maximum of 3 stars. I strongly recommend not to stay there.
