We were in this hotel in early February: the first impression was that we ended up in a nursing home (some Germans, Italians, British and all of retirement age). Animation is not designed for Russians. The staff - speaks bad Russian, for the most part of the lexicon, only our "obscene" words are known, you are frankly "pulled up", distorting your words, requests. Meals - well, at best, "3", what they give for free in A-La carte restaurants - does not differ in taste from what they give in the main restaurant. Dishes and glasses are washed every other time, I also came across glasses with lipstick prints, and a cup and a touch of tea...
There is not enough space on the beach, you come at 9 am, all the sunbeds are already taken (if you want to be on the first line near the sea, you need to take dezhaks from 7 am). Beach towels must be brought with you. Plus, they change every day.
Housekeeping is another huge plus. If you leave a dollar, you will be clean, linen will be changed, water will be supplied to the room. There are no slippers, dressing gowns, teapots (although they are stated in the prospectuses).

In a word, just warming up in February may be fine, but if you are eating with a group and you are under 30, choose another hotel.
