And in fact still caught this hotel! Everyone was already driving from the airport without mood, having arrived at the hotel, I will say this:
- the room is normal (the hotel itself is small, there are no safes in the room, we had a little panic about where to put our belongings, but in 14 days not even a candy was lost (! ), So you don’t have to worry about it);
- the staff is friendly, helpful, the bartender is super (yes, there is almost no alcohol, although everything is inclusive, and it's not the bartender's fault, so if you intentionally go to this hotel and are going to drink every day, either bring it with you or duty free) ;

-animator Alex (he is alone, but he tries very hard, he played shows every evening, played with children, and tennis, and a festival of colors... he will tell and tell you everything, he even took tourists to the Mango market, helped to choose shoes, a suitcase, so that they would not be deceived anywhere and not lost in Sharm! );
- wow, food! Breakfast (this is the most delicious) - scrambled eggs, local sausage, cheese and pancakes, lunch and dinner ate the first week selectively, the menu is very meager, and if overcooked chicken pieces are for lunch, then for dinner they are filled only with some kind of sauce (similar to vomit), it’s delicious to cook a fish in this, if you can eat it fried, it’s filled with the same sauce for dinner, it doesn’t even fit into your mouth. There are few cucumbers, tomatoes are a rarity, a kind of soup is only for dinner, a side dish is rice (lunch and dinner), in general, a week later I went to breakfast only, drank coffee in the afternoon and if you're lucky, there will be an orange or melon (which give out 2 pieces, even if you don’t argue with him, he doesn’t understand the language, he only learned “I love you, let’s go to a cafe” (this is one of the staff in the dining room, a cat on fruit), and in general these cooks strained. you wait until this piece of chicken is put in for you, and he puts you "please" !!! ! In the sense ???!!! ! And he puts you a bone from the wing, you ask no, give me meat - he lays down with a displeased face, but such anger in the eyes, as if taken from his plate!
Conclusion: the hotel itself is not bad, just change the food and the attitude of the chefs or the chefs themselves, in principle, excellent! The area is very convenient, close to the Old Town and El Mercator, everything is within walking distance, there are inexpensive cafes where you can eat. And I would like to note the hotel managers (very good and listen to your wishes, and that in their power they instantly try to fix everything, just to please you, special thanks to them !!! ). At the meeting with the guide, we wanted to change the hotel with a surcharge, respectively, since the beach did not suit us, we love reefs, but it was sandy, the hotel authorities got together and resolved the issue, and began to take them to one of the best beaches of El Fanar! Wi-Fi both in the hotel and on the beach for free!! ! My assessment is the managers, the bartender, the animators, and the hotel itself is in principle not bad, just small, the food is g. . . but.
