I'll start with the pros, since there are fewer of them than the cons:
1. Beautiful territory, very comfortable chill-out areas with pillows under umbrellas.
2. Friendly staff.
3. Within walking distance of the old city (it is not very interesting, however) and a beautiful mosque.
4. Beautiful view of the mountains (but this is an amateur, of course).
Now the cons:
1. The hotel is old and kind of tired, or something. It can be seen that it was built with a claim to luxury, but a lot of time has passed, the hotel has not really been dealt with anymore, the rooms have not been renovated for a long time.
2. The rooms are dirty. There were bloodstains on the bedding, the bathroom wall was covered in black mold at the joints of the tiles. Once we saw a large mustachioed cockroach.
3. All the time that we lived there, we DID NOT HAVE HOT WATER. At all. 10 days to wash with cold water - just shine. Although no, once turned on for a couple of minutes. It was just amazing : )

4. I don’t know if this refers to the disadvantages of the hotel, rather it is generally a feature of Sharm El Sheikh, but there are VERY (!!! ) a lot of flies during the day, and mosquitoes in the evening. Moreover, even a fumigator bought nearby does not help against mosquitoes. Because of this, I had to sleep covered with a sheet with my head, and if you look closely at the other guests of the hotel, everyone had legs and arms in red dots, like a sieve. And in the evening, they regularly treated the territory from them, but it did not help. During the day, there are few mosquitoes, but instead of them, hell flies are operating, which do not allow even a minute to lie quietly on the beach or by the pool. You have to constantly fan yourself and clap all over your body.
5. The beach is dumb, but the sea more than covers it. I am not a fan of lying and sunbathing, but if someone is interested in the opportunity to lie under the sun and chill in a relaxed way, this option is not for them, because. The beds are placed close to each other. The beach is just for swimming, snorkelling - the underwater world is perfectly visible through the clearest water.
6. Food is not the worst, but definitely not 4 *. Something more or less satisfying and tasty is given out in 1-2 pieces, you can’t take it freely. For breakfast, in order not to remain hungry, you need to take an omelette, but there is only one cook and you have to wait 10-15 minutes.
7. At the reception, the administrators do not speak English. It is very strange. How can you work in tourism and not know English? ? There was one administrator who spoke a little Russian, only thanks to this it was possible to learn at least something.
8. Far from the beach. The hotel provides a free shuttle, but the minibus is very small, there are not enough seats for everyone.
