We arrived at the hotel early, we were warned in advance that we would have to wait 2 hours, because check-in starts at 14.00. But they didn’t offend us, they immediately put on all-inclusive bracelets and asked us to go to a restaurant for lunch (like a buffet table).


As for the food, I can say firmly and confidently, there is enough food and everything is very tasty, there are a lot of vegetables, chicken meat, fish, eggs in the morning, they also gave us sausages and some cutlets (I don’t like that, so I didn’t eat it). A lot of pastries, from fruits there were always tangerines, dates, bananas, grapefruits, everything else (kiwi, strawberries, mango, peach, pineapple) as a decoration for confectionery, there were always various mousses and jelly, in the morning they gave fruit salad (melon, apple , pomegranate, banana, orange). Tea, coffee, cocoa, cola, sprite, fanta, milk and local alcoholic drinks (as well as juices like "yupi") you can drink as much as you like, fresh for money (10 pounds).

The hotel area is small.
They settled us in the 3rd building, it is not bad. The room was also normal, of course, you can always find fault with something (the furniture is not new, they didn’t put bottled water in the refrigerator, the air conditioner does not work for heating, the tiles in the bathroom are cracked in places), but in general everything was fine and comfortable: cleaning, change of linen every day, view from the window to the pool, hair dryer, TV, shower (once a pipe broke in the corridor and there was no hot water, they fixed it very quickly, despite the fact that we didn’t even have time to complain to anyone). As soon as we arrived, they asked for 2 blankets and an iron, they brought only one blanket . . I think if we demanded another one, they would give it, in general, they don’t get it the first time ..

The service is also normal, the staff practically does not speak Russian in the territory, almost always polite, smiling, not being rude. But it’s better not to go alone, they start pestering you with very indecent sentences, in such cases I said “I don’t speak English”.
Vacationers in the hotel are mostly Italians, Germans, less British, Americans, Poles, Russians.

There was practically no animation (only one day they gave us a dance lesson), but in general we didn’t want to, because so many interesting things can be found on the coral beach, and in the evening you can swim in the warm pool, warm up in the sauna and take a walk on Naama (by the way, it’s 5 minutes away walk, just go down from the hotel).
