I flew to Egypt for the first time, after reading bad reviews about this hotel, I prepared for the worst. But the hotel immediately made a pleasant impression, since the flight was delayed and we arrived at 5 in the morning, the employees prepared a rather tasty snack for us in the room. The rooms are not perfectly clean, but if you look very closely, and those who came to rest simply, will not pay attention to this.
A big plus is the presence of two beaches to which shuttles run every day, which is very convenient.
Nutrition is a separate topic. The selection is good, there was fish every day, m? food, seafood once per stay, always fresh vegetables, seasonal fruits. In December there were oranges, melons, guavas. Desserts are extremely tasty, although I am not a fan of the end with? to eat dessert, but eclairs made me change my mind.
As for the staff, they are very friendly, everyone smiles, no one is rude, they are always happy to help with any question. The room is cleaned every day.

The present animation is interesting: yoga, aqua aerobics, Arabian night, belly dance.
One minus is that the pools are not heated, the temperature is somewhere around 20*, but this did not prevent those who wanted to? to go downhill, they were always turned on 2 times a day.
I really liked my stay at the hotel, I plan to return. Will recommend to others.
