The room is wretched, all the furniture is like after the war, the sheets have the impression that they were taken from the bed of the next room and made a bed in our room. There was dust in the corridor on the floor, there was also a cart with garbage constantly under the doors.
The three of us flew, my father had no hot water in a room on the same floor in the third building for two days, they were able to solve the problem only after repeatedly contacting the reception, and then after they said that there would be a negative review on the Internet. Regarding the cleaning in the room, this is generally a separate song, for all the time the room was fully cleaned only once, everything else is taking out the garbage, they guessed to change the bed only once.
