My tour operator for my trip to Sharm was Pegasus. Overall impressions about the company and the hotel were extremely positive. Well, now in more detail. I booked an all inclusive tour. Having studied the previous reviews about the hotel, when checking in at the reception, I ask for a room with a sea view, having previously put 20 USD in my passport. In response, they tell me that this pleasure will cost an additional 20 USD. per day. Defiantly I take the 20-ku from the passport, while I observe sparks in the eyes of the hotel employee. He silently turns away, rummages through his locker for a while and eventually gives me a room on the first floor in the third building and with a view that I ordered earlier. Of course, I returned the money to him and he, in turn, did not refuse them.
The location of the room turned out to be quite convenient - next to the main restaurant, a cafe where you can smoke a hookah in the evening, drink beer, wine, etc. (the choice of drinks is large enough and it's all free until 11 pm), heated pool. The room really has everything that is indicated in the description of the hotel. However, there were no problems. The only thing was that the air conditioner did not work in heating mode - we turned to the reception and within half an hour the problem was solved. Cleaning in the room, change of linen and towels - daily. He did not skimp on tips, he gave 1 c. u. every day. At the same time, I heard complaints about untimely cleaning, but people themselves said that they did not leave tips.
Regarding nutrition - varied, constantly fruits, vegetables and amazingly delicious sweets. The only thing I didn't like was their juices (orange and pineapple) - they seemed to be prepared from dry powders and water. Many Russians, Ukrainians, Italians were resting at the hotel at the same time as me. At the disco (every evening) they played Russian songs. I have not seen Russian animation, although they said that it exists.

Regarding excursions - I ordered all excursions from the guide Yulia. As a whole was satisfied. The only thing I do not advise you to ride camels in winter!!!!! ! and when traveling to Cairo, take warm clothes with you and preferably a whip from the hotel - at night it is insanely cold and drafty on the bus. Regarding the weather - the first two days of stay at the hotel, a cold wind was blowing and there was practically no heat from the sun. Subsequently, the wind completely subsided - the temperature in the sun was 25-27 degrees, in general, they returned home with an excellent tan. I will not object - perhaps there are better hotels, but the price in them is already completely different. It all depends on what you want to get!
