Let me start with the fact that we are vacationing in Sharm 4 times and have something to compare with. We arrived in the morning and were already at the hotel at 7 am. It was hot, but they didn’t offer me anything to drink. We sat and waited for the bracelets to be put on. By 9:30 we put on our bracelets and went to breakfast. Breakfast is the same as everywhere else: scrambled eggs, pancakes, waffles. It's ok for breakfast. We went to the reception to wait for our room. I clarified that I wanted the first floor, no, they gave me a room on the 3rd floor - 4301, everything worked, I didn’t argue, we checked in by 12-00, I didn’t pay anything extra, the reception staff was a C grade. In the evening we went to ask to change our room to any room, even a smaller one, since we have a superior room, on the first floor. They offered the farthest building near the indoor pool. Yes, by the way, one swimming pool is closed, supposedly for renovation, so there is no bar there, complete silence. It felt like the pool was closed to save on staff and service. With grief, they moved us to the first floor - 4103, a smaller number, but even then it didn’t matter.
As for the food: everything is monotonous, no specialties, it gets boring quickly, but you won’t go hungry. I was surprised that there were no French fries, they fried slices on the bar by the pool, but there was a queue of 20 people. Animation: the guys are trying, my daughter really liked Regina. In the evening, children do face painting, children's animation, and there is also adult animation: aerobics, exercises, volleyball, water polo. You won't see any foam or other parties here. The area is large, green, simply chic and well-groomed. The main drawback is the bar: in fact, there is only one free bar, on the pool. The beer is bottled and warm, which runs out quickly, and the bartender is rude and asks how much you paid for the ticket. It’s just trash, grab two glasses of 0.2 and that’s it, be it a Sprite or some cocktail. As for Sprite and Coke, everything from the vending machines is watered down. Take alcohol in duty free and then more or less, the swill in the hotel is 2+.
In the evening after the children's animation, when the child is just thirsty, you need to go to the only bar "LUNA", and there is a queue of 30 people, with only one bartender working. Bar until 23-00, that's it. Everything at the lobby bar is paid, a cocktail costs 6 euros, which is not much different from the free one. The sea was high in the morning and low in the afternoon. Wave, the pier is not fenced, but the sea is beautiful. The attitude towards Italians is different: different bracelets, restaurant, service and attitude.


I want to summarize: the hotel is a solid 3*, not 5*. The hotel management has some work to do.
