" Therefore, I did not have a pleasant impression about the hotel, or, to be more precise, about the work of the reception. . I can't say this room was bad, but it's not what we paid for. Receptionist is disgusting. Room cleaning is good. Actually, I chose this hotel because I did not read the name carefully, I wanted to go to Sharm Plaza, but went to Sharm Grand Plaza. This hotel has a division of vacationers. The Germans are given yellow bracelets, the Italians, in my opinion, are green, and the tourists of the CIS countries are gray. Naturally the rooms and everything else we get is worse and the service is worse. Italians, Germans are approached in a restaurant faster, they are served better and so on. . . I won't go to this hotel again because I don't want to be second class. The food at the hotel is very good, amazing, one might say. The territory is large, nice, well-groomed. The sea is bad, because there is a current there, so I won’t recommend it for this reason either, although the beach is clean and well-groomed. The animation is very good, the girls are great, we are women over 50 with an active lifestyle, but we did not feel abandoned, we had fun, good. The guides are very intrusive, by all means, they wanted to sell excursions, the prices of which are very high. We had such an unpleasant moment with the guide when he told us to give him plane tickets for registration. We gave away the tickets, then we had to follow him to pick up these tickets, to which he replied “I don’t know you”, after which I told him that it would not be difficult for me to contact my agency in Kyiv and they would print it out for me tickets again, after which he fussed and began to look for these tickets. The guides did not solve anything, did not help, neither with the number, nor with anything. Did not buy excursions - the enemy. The hotel itself is good, the food is good, the location is good, but the human factor and the work of the reception spoil everything. When the Italians arrive, the attitude towards them is completely different, and they are accommodated faster and more attentively, this is obvious, therefore, because of this division by nationality, I will not go to this hotel anymore.
