Excellent hotel!! ! I'll tell you everything in order. We arrived at the hotel at 11.00, as everyone knows check-in at 14.00, but we were not made to wait long and at 12.00 we were given rooms in the 6th building, we were ready for this, so they quickly corrected the situation and we were happy went to a meeting, in the end we were settled in the 3rd building "Dolphin", in my opinion this is the most successful building - it is not far from it to the sea and to bars and a restaurant. The rooms are spacious and even huge for two people. The room was cleaned every day. And those who write that they didn’t clean it up because it’s only because of your greed, gentlemen, leave 1 bucks and everything is fine, this is how it is in this country! The territory of the hotel is very beautiful, a lot of greenery and flowers, a lot of pools for every taste, warm cold, deep for children, and there is always a place under the sun on the trestle beds, although there were a lot of people, but due to the fact that the hotel is really very large, there is no feeling of a crowd swimming pools or restaurants. As for the food, we were very satisfied here too, the food is delicious fresh, the staff is smiling and not arrogant (of course, a lot depends on how you behave), there was not a very large variety every day, but you can dine in the main restaurant and in the grill - a bar by the beach, and you can also dine in two restaurants, so the food did not have time to pall. Drinks are poured without restrictions, if you wish, you can agree and buy a bottle : ))) I had a birthday there, so we bought a bottle of whiskey and a bottle of vodka and all for 10u. e. And I was also very pleased to find a cake in my room on my birthday !! ! Many thanks to the administration at the hotel for such attentiveness! By the way, the cake was very tasty! A separate story deserves a coral reef which is located right on the beach of the hotel! We rested in other hotels, but this was not seen anywhere else! Even on diving, we have never seen such a variety of fish!! ! They are all so bright, so different! And the reef itself is so beautiful!! ! There really is a small current, but there is something to hold on to if you are not a very good swimmer. The only thing that was wrong was the problem with the flight back, but even then it was not the fault of either the operator or the hotel. We had a lot of snow in Odessa and did not accept the airport, and every 2 hours we were transferred to a flight, and as a result, we sat in the hotel lobby from 12.00 in the afternoon to 2.00 at night. But we were able to use the entire structure of the hotel normally, as they did not remove our bracelets from us, as they do in other hotels. Many thanks to our guide Rizvan, we flew from Pegasus (who will go send greetings from the inhabitants of Odessa, who could not fly for a day) thanks to him we did not feel abandoned, he wrote to us and called and knocked out the numbers for us in the evening. In general, an excellent hotel, go, relax, you will not regret it for sure !! ! And negative reviews are written by bores and bigots who have been looking for negativity and a reason to whine all their lives. So smile more often, it suits everyone !! ! : )
