Dirty dishes, dirty wait staff starting from clothes, dirty fingers in glasses with drinks that they give you at the bar. The word service in this hotel is completely absent... they never change the tablecloth for a clean one and there are almost never any cutlery on the table, there is no service either... restaurant, bar, pool, beach, etc. . drinks are poured into unwashed glasses...
