Rested on the Royal program, tempted by the possibility of access to a private beach for Royal clients 16+ (no children, calmness, VIP status: D), and a separate restaurant for breakfast and lunch. I already concluded after the fact that the Royal is not very different from the usual one and, perhaps, it was not worth overpaying, since access to the sea is common, the general restaurant is larger and it seems that it is also better in terms of food choice (Royal has access to all restaurants).

The settlement went well. Settled immediately upon arrival in the Sea View room, although Garden View was ordered. I didn’t pay extra for this and didn’t even leave a tip (didn’t have small ones). The room is not new, but spacious, large hall, sofa, easy chairs, access to the lawn, although for me (I was alone) it was a bit much : )

The hotel area is good, clean, a lot of greenery, it's nice to walk, although in some places there were unpleasant smells (walked in the evening).

Food at a high level.

There are no complaints about the kitchen, sanitation or waiter service.
Special thanks to Ahmed, a friendly, diligent man.

First time in Egypt, so I can not compare with other Egyptian hotels, but according to the stories of friends from other hotels (though cheaper), mine was almost perfect.

Of the minuses, there is only one exit to the sea (not counting the pier), rather small and rocky. There is no access to the sea from the Royal private beach. The pool is shallow and cold (it was at the end of November), and there are a lot of children in the one with heating. Although later I found out that there is also a pool for adults a little higher.

It is also worth noting the contingent - there were mostly Russians and Ukrainians (I can’t say in what proportions, since I mostly heard Russian). Also, 5 percent are Europeans. In general, everything is adequate, I did not see any cries, rudeness or drunkenness. From some numbers sounded Russian. pop music in the evenings, but in the Royal department everything was calm.
Mostly the contingent is families with children, and pensioners, there were young couples. Therefore, if you are a bachelor, then this is hardly a good option (I don’t know how this is in other hotels).

In general, the impressions are positive, I recommend this hotel! If you want peace and quiet, I recommend Royal (if possible), otherwise, the usual one will also be good.
