Came here with my son and friends. I was lucky because they settled in the room closest to the sea building - Prestige. Friends bought a family room for themselves (a sliding partition between a double bed and two single beds - convenient for a family with two children! ). But these numbers are only in buildings near the reception - at 6 and 5.
The advantages of our room are close to the sea and the pool, where daily animation takes place, a little sea is visible from the balcony, there is a plasma with a built-in clock (the telly was turned on once), there is a shower and a jacuzzi; the room has a kettle, tea, sugar, instant coffee and cream, there was an ironing board and an iron in the closet.
Cons - it is impossible to draw water in the jacuzzi, the drain does not overlap, but the system itself "leaked" when turned on; water, flowing down the wall behind the bathroom, turns out to be a huge puddle on the floor (for the same reason they did not use the shower), in a few days they learned to use the bathroom more carefully; apparently because of the moisture, huge ants run; there is no brush near the toilet (I asked twice, nodded - zero result); the door to the toilet with a shower is transparent - you had to drive the little one to the opposite corner of the room; the room is very dusty, there are stains on all surfaces, traces of glasses (once before check-in it was possible to wipe it all after the predecessors? ). Once a week they twisted a swan, well, okay - towels pawed less.
Our guide from Teztour is very strange - why does he need all the documents + the forms we filled out for these documents? Bring it, then take it. I asked again - pick up in the morning? Once, having received a towel in the morning, I wanted to take one sunbed near the water slides, so that the children (3rd) could ride and swim there at least once, after breakfast my sunbed was occupied.
