We arrived at the hotel by 17:00, we were met by very friendly and friendly hotel workers, offered cold juice (not natural), Russian-speaking girls work at the reception, we were quickly issued, we got a room in the 5th building on the 3rd floor 5245, large, but dead, the beds are very hard, the pillows are very hard, the floor is not washed, the mini bar door does not close, the sink is cracked, the shower holder is broken (after a call to the reception, the mini bar was replaced and the shower holder was repaired), very dirty curtains, and the worst - MOSMOOTS - we were bitten every night (((I was bitten all over, they flew from the hood in the toilet and from the hole in the sink, bottled water daily 2x1.
5 liters in the room, the food is bad, the pastries are all bland (no salt is added to the dough), the pasta is raw, not cooked, the meat and chicken were well cooked, the rice was cooked deliciously, the soup was cooked well, even borscht, there were fruits, but not ripe, melons, guava, dates, after 3 days I caught an intestinal infection (many vacationers talked about the same), there are 3 a la carte restaurants (did not go), during the day ice cream, popcorn, alcohol, local whiskey, brandy, rum, beer - I’m not a fan, but they said it’s necessary to drink alcohol for disinfection! The territory is beautiful, very large, well-groomed! The staff is friendly, everything was quickly cleared from the tables, there was always enough space for everyone, animation all day until night! There are many pools and water parks, but it’s already cold to swim in them, I didn’t find a single one with heating, there is a spa salon, they impose procedures on the waist, I went for 5 sessions, a very good masseuse woman (didn’t ask her name), the rest don’t very good.
Good sauna and hammam, hot water pool and jacuzzi. The beach is large, wooden sunbeds with soft mattresses, there were always places, no one ran to take places in the morning))) there are always beach towels, because of the wind in the morning there was always a red flag, orange from lunch, bathed only from the pier, strong current and waves, very deep, you can’t see the bottom (30 meters deep), for children the conditions for swimming in the shallow part of the sea from the beach, entering the sea in aquashoes, at low tide it is no longer possible for children to swim in the sea, the fish were different, and poisonous morayfly, including moray eels in the shallow part of the sea, starfish and hedgehogs! Conclusions - I will not return to this hotel 100%, the location for recreation in the Nab area is not good.
