I stayed with my husband, 6 year old child and a friend. We arrived at 9 am, the guide met us at the airport, we were in Rehan at 10 am. The suitcases were left on the street (as it should be), our things at the reception, the staff offered to hand over to the storage room for FREE. Put on the bracelets and went to eat, because. check-in from 2 o'clock (we knew this before leaving, so for us it was neither shock nor horror, and settled us at 12) At the same time, they gave chic rooms, 4th building, 1st floor with a terrace, overlooking the pool, the husband wanted to thank the guy at the reception himself, gave him money, but he refused, even offended! )) The food is just super! For comrades who write that they were dying of hunger. . . if you are used to eating red caviar and eating black caviar, then taxi to the Maldives. . . It's actually 20 times more expensive. . . but maybe they will feed you caviar. . . which I personally doubt))) I am shocked by what I read below)) For breakfast, in addition to omelettes, there were cereals, with milk, by the way, pancakes, donuts, fried eggs, yogurts, feta cheese, sandwiches. . . Yes, EVERYTHING is simple, it’s more difficult to remember what wasn’t there! Maybe you went to the beach for breakfast ?! ))) So they start frying fries only from 12))) Meat is just heaps, fruits are mountains. Vegetables, greens.... Sausage, yes, sucks, sweet, soy. . but excuse me, go to Egypt to eat sausage like that.... Fish, chicken, barbecue every day. Crabs, oysters, even a whole sheep were fried before leaving! ))) And there are tons of all kinds of sweets. . At what they were constantly reported, there was no dirt, no empty tables, and even more so cockroaches !!! )))) And the staff did not let them sit down at the table if they did not have time to remove it. . ran with rags and appliances, wiped everything, and only then seated. At the same time, we gave them a tip just before leaving! Imported drinks! Local anise vodka is just super! Wine is better not to try))) But the beer is excellent! ! All Europeans drank! till night. There is something new in the amphitheater every evening. Special thanks to animations, a huge and hot kiss to Vova, Mido, SaSa, Tony, Bob Marley! )) Katya (children's animator), Dasha and Alexander !! ! Our friends rested 13 times in Turkey and 4 in Egypt, and they said that Rehana -BEST by all criteria!! ! Now only there! The staff is very responsible, good-natured. The rooms were cleaned EVERY day ! ! And for smart people who didn’t change towels, there is an instruction on the wall in the bathroom on what to do to change them - READ! They are never rude, they fulfill requests - the main thing is to ask like we are with a smile! They will give you the last shirt for a simple one. . . and here they write such nonsense! Guys, do not listen to people who are not going to rest, but to wag the nerves of the staff! Smile, thank you, and they will carry you in their arms. . and we gave tips in general simply because people really tried! ! Without demanding anything! We live in the Crimea, and we know our service, so Rehana is just a fairy tale!! ! 100 out of 100%. We need to rest!! ! And do not look at the cracks on the tiles under the washbasin!! ! It can be seen that the management is trying very hard! Once in the morning there was cold water in the pool, so the guys just asked the manager to turn on the heating, otherwise the children were cold, after 2 minutes a worker came running, measured the temperature of the water, and immediately hot geysers were hammered - they heated everything in an hour ))) We wish you all a pleasant stay!! !
