Ужасно и Противно! Terrible and disgusting!

Good afternoon! Before going to this hotel, of course I went to read the reviews, the reviews were completely opposite to each other. to the hotel I regretted that I didn’t believe the author, everything turned out to be completely true !!!! ! I’ll start the review !! ! we are not traveling for the first time and immediately paid for a suite with direct sea views (and I am very glad that I did this because it is very, very difficult to do this in a hotel! ) We arrived at 8 in the morning at the hotel were at 9 (we waited a long time sit down) At the reception, we were told that the bracelets would be hung at 12.00, and until that time, walk (it’s just hot and everyone is hungry because the flight is night, an hour later the son began to ask for a drink with food, he resigned !!! ) all drinks until 12.00 for a fee !!! (it's not the first time I'm resting, this is the first time!! ) At 12.00 we got bracelets and went to eat, there is only one restaurant and the hotel is full, there are lines everywhere from this!!! ! And to bars, and to food stalls, but the worst thing is that there are clearly not enough tables, when the table is vacated, dirty dishes are removed and that’s it, the tablecloth is dirty, crumbs, etc. The food for the first 2 days seems normal, there is chicken, mashed potatoes, spaghetti, but when on day 3 we realized that the menu stupidly does not change and every day is the same, indignation began to grow! I will say right away from fruits for all the time there were only: apples, grapes apel fish, dates, figs, 1-2 times there was a little melon, all the fruits are cut ! ! From normal food there was only chicken, upon arrival for a month now I have been turned off by it! The fish was overcooked several times, not tasty! THERE WAS NEVER SEAFOOD! ! ! What surprised me that instead of packaged juices (We were in Egypt 3 times) there was UPI everywhere! I don’t drink alcohol except for beer, so it was easier for me, but I watched how men almost begged for a “dose”. I was also outraged that in they simply don’t notice children at any bar (my son is 11 years old), periodically it was that my son stood in a line of 20 people! for cola, but they simply don’t notice him and don’t give him anything! There are plates, glasses, ketchup smeared on the tables and no one even thinks to clean it up!!!
The sea! I really like the sea in Egypt (that’s why we come), but here it’s something like a pontoon, albeit a small 70 meters, but terrible ! ! everything is covered in blood, wounds, tears, of course he didn’t go into the sea anymore !! ! There are shops on the territory of the hotel - one of them sells slippers and all sorts of toys for children, it’s just terrible ! ! The seller sold us a mattress for water (not cheap ! ) an hour later, when we went to the pool, it turned out that it was full of holes, I went to the store and wanted to change it, but I didn’t even listen there, I said that my child had bitten through his teeth with his teeth !! ! The next day, the girl complained that he had sold her caral slippers full of holes (probably also gnawed with ripples !! ) Then my son and I went to the market (before that we exchanged dollars in the bank for local pounds) All. -includes a visit to two restaurants, that's just an appointment for a week ahead !! ! we were there -almost the same food as everywhere, the only thing in Italian is pizza, but serve It's terrible to wait a VERY long time!
Room! A huge plus was that she took care of herself and ordered a Suite in Moscow, although at the reception when checking in she insistently drew attention to the category of the room (it was clear that they didn’t really like it! ) They settled in building 2 (most Russians settle in 8! ) In our most of the building were foreigners! (there is a separate attitude towards them! ) The room is certainly not a Suite, but it was possible to live, the only thing I liked was a really direct view of the sea (2nd floor so the view is super) The room was "cleaned" every day, but the floors were not of course, we didn’t change the bed. We didn’t worry about this, we don’t change it at home every day either! I changed the towel every day! renovation in the room is not so hot. But there are bedbugs in the rooms!! ! The first time I heard it was by the pool - about buildings 4 and 6, I thought it was already wildness! but when I turned on the light at 2 am in my room and saw the bug, I was horrified !! ! after that the vacation was completely ruined!! ! The day of departure was a holiday for us! ! all day in the heat is very hard! )

Guides from TEZ TOUR-None !! ! they have only one task to sell the tour and that's it !! ! We took a VIP tour of Noyami Bay, so we sat and could not understand when and who would come for us. (A completely different very young boy arrived, completely adequate was very interesting! ! The territory of the hotel is the only plus! There are a lot of flowers and vegetation, a lot of pools, slides, of course, not big, but at least I was calm when the child went down from them!

I must say right away that I didn’t get snickered and my requirements for the hotel are not overstated !! ! It’s just that I have something to compare with and my nervous system is very dear to me ! ! Who heard my review, believe DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL !! ! price category "Royal Albatros Moderna" (the only thing there is a very long pantone, but everything else is on the level !! ! my son and I decided that if and when we go to Egypt, then only again to the Albatross! )
