The green, beautiful territory pleased, many pools for the smallest and deep and heated, and even several functioning slides, but most of the water park does not function. At noon, 12 came to the reception for check-in, one employee began to tell that check-in was from 14, the second was already ready to issue, with undisguised displeasure, they put on bracelets and gave us keys, cards for towels and wifi passwords for an hour per person, but NO ONE INFORMED THAT THE INTERNET CAN BE USED ONLY IN THE FIRST DAY. A mess, the most arrogant, rude and spoiled by surcharges employees work at the reception and bars, the darkest spot of the hotel.
The rooms are tired, with a poorly functioning drain in the shower, not for 5 *, but this is not the main thing in rest. The hotel has its own coral, a beautiful underwater world with an abundance of inhabitants, there is a small area with a sandy entrance to the sea for the little ones.
The animation is good. The guys tried very hard, and although there are no children yet, I really liked the work of Vika's mother with the children, that's who gave all the best to 150%.

All is well in terms of food. Everyone can find food to their taste. The service in the restaurant is excellent, the employees carefully monitor that everything is there, immediately bring everything you need. I'm talking to vacationers! Take food in a restaurant according to your strength, it is very disgusting to see when, after people leave, restaurant employees throw away the collected and untouched food with plates. You don’t need to drink rum, whiskey, vodka, there is no beer every second time in the restaurant and beach bar. In a restaurant, you can even pour beer drained from glasses, warm and already without gases. Juices, Yupi drinks are also diluted and not only children, but adults should not drink. All bartenders are rabble, rude and arrogant. When you come up for a drink, they behave as if you came to his house and demand something, freak out, throw bottles. Bartenders have their own business, they pour diluted alcohol and offer to buy undiluted bottles. From drinks I recommend coffee with milk in the restaurant.
In general, we had a good rest with a good cheerful company, but I will not go to this hotel again and did not recommend it to friends. For the sake of relaxation, you can relax and close your eyes to the shortcomings, but when there is a choice and money has been paid for the service as well, then you already need to demand the service.
Previously, I rested in the two fives of Hurghada and Makadi Bay and the FOUR of Hurghada, so the four were better than this five (I don’t write the names so as not to be accused of advertising competitors).
