I really liked the hotel (most of the negative reviews written earlier are not true). We bought a ticket to the adjacent Rehana Sharm 4 *. Our hotel guide (out of the Tez Tour) Adele (thank you very much !!! ) offered (at no extra charge) to move to Rehana 5 *, arguing that 4 * is overcrowded, and 5 * is also 5 * in Africa. We didn't regret the move at all. The territory is huge (unlike 4 *), quite green, a large number of pools. There are buildings that are being completed, but this does not interfere in any way, because. do interior decoration. There were always sun loungers (also on the beach). Good animation (THANKS to all our Russian girls), did not strain, but at the same time brightened up our holiday. The only negative - there were few discos. The hotel is more focused on family holidays, maybe that's why in the evenings they constantly staged various shows: African night, Arabian night, etc. Only 2 times there was a beach party, where you could come off.
The service at the hotel is excellent. I cannot say that the Slavs (we were from Minsk) were treated worse than foreigners. By the way, there are a lot of them, especially Poles. Of course, the waiters and bartenders flirted constantly. But how could it be without this in the Arab environment, where during the season local women are seen only at the workplace. Issues were resolved instantly. So we found that our refrigerator does not actually freeze. Complained at the reception. While having breakfast - everything was fixed + put (for free) a bottle of Coca-Cola.
There are few Russian speaking staff. But everyone knew English (learn English !!! ). But in any case, we could find a common language and understand each other, although we ourselves spoke English at the level of the 5th grade of the school.

The room was cleaned regularly. Towels were changed every day, although they put up a reminder that if we think that a towel needs to be changed, then throw it on the floor. We didn't quit, we changed them. The only thing is when cleaning the room, for some reason they didn’t wash the balcony (washed it only 2 times in 10 days of rest). About tips for the cleaner - 2 times left for $ 1.
The food is good, sufficient variety (in the number of dishes per reception). But if you evaluate from breakfast to breakfast, from lunch to lunch, from dinner to dinner, then 60-70% of the dishes do not change. Meat was constant: at least one dish of beef, fish, chicken for each meal. The beef was tough, but I think it always is. Few people know how to cook it well. But fried fish, deep fried fish, chicken wings were always great. There were no big queues for scrambled eggs during breakfast (2-3 people max). Perhaps due to the fact that the hotel at that time was not 100% full.
Alcohol is terrible (like everywhere else in Egypt). There was nothing to drink except beer and white wine (for our taste). Saved only Duty Free. Although other vacationers could get drunk perfectly. So there are no comrades for taste and color. But next time we are unlikely to take the all-inclusive system when vacationing in Egypt.
Sea. Yes, entry into the sea is not very. The coral reef is dangerous everywhere along the coast. We were warned about this even at the travel agency, but we drove purposefully for the beauty of the sea. The only thing we did not know was that in the first half of the day there were constantly waves and we were not allowed to swim, but after 15.00 the sea was great. The beauty is incredible. The water is purest. The variety of fish was very impressive. If you know how to swim, you have special shoes for swimming, then you should appreciate the beauty that this Red Sea coast has to offer.
