For food, very good, 2 restaurants are constantly working, a separate hello to the grill bar, very tasty. They drank wine and beer from local drinks, the rest, to put it mildly, was not very good, so advice, stock up in duty in advance. The service is normal, all the staff try to please you or help, unless of course you treat them normally. Sea and beach. The main attraction of this hotel. Very beautiful reef, not so much living creatures, but there is something to see. We saw Moray eels, Stingrays, Titans, the only thing that annoys is the ships that sail to the reef, somehow they counted 15 pieces. The hotel is more for a family holiday, as there is not much entertainment in the evening, the animation is in Italian, but if necessary, you will always understand))). The expectation of settling was not in vain - we met the guys from St. Petersburg, went to the sea, had lunch. The room was nice, spacious and not much in the back of the hotel. Without any bribes. The food at the hotel is very good, varied no matter what anyone says. Special thanks to the confectioner - the cakes are divine. Everything is very tasty and satisfying. Rooms are cleaned regularly, of course, we didn’t spin the swans from towels, but for a small tip they were cleaned stably and every day. The location of the hotel is very good, a couple of hundred meters the only duty free shop in the city (! ), a small market, shops, and of course the main city street Naama Bay is just a few minutes walk from the hotel. All this more than compensates for the lack of its own territory at the hotel. All the most famous clubs are also within walking distance: Pacha, Hard Rock Cafe, Little Budda, Zaza. Entrance to the clubs is quite expensive, about $20-30, but if you show ingenuity you will get in for free. I would like to say thanks to Zhorik, thanks to whom we went to Pachu absolutely free in a campaign of 32 people )))
STAFF
Separately, I will say about the staff. Thank you guys for a great vacation. Especially for those who write about the rudeness of the staff - several times I witnessed a very unpleasant picture - our compatriot in a rude manner turned to the bartender "Hey, uh, quickly pour me a drink", constantly poked him with his finger, said that "he has everything inclusive and that he's not going to wait. " Really felt ashamed of how the Russians behave. Simple human advice - be human - say hello to them, say a simple thank you, smile! If you know English, talk to them - they are people too. And you will never have problems with the bar or anything else. And they will pour more, and the cocktails will be tastier))) Bartender Kotb in the upper bar likes to joke, Jimmy talks heart to heart, hookah Ali is generally a golden man)) The bartender in the lower bar seems a little gloomy, but this is only at first glance. The undoubted advantage was the good location of the hotel next to Naama Bay Street, the main street of the city, on which there were numerous souvenir shops, cafes and clubs. Now about the hotel: they brought us at 7 pm, they immediately settled us (although some waited for half a day), but they were not satisfied with the room. Therefore, to avoid this, we advise you to give a small amount of money when you check in. The room was clean but badly located. But as we noticed, no one changed the bedding set before our check-in (and after our departure, probably too). We were satisfied with the restaurant as a whole, special thanks to the chefs for the dishes they prepared (desserts were especially liked), but we were tired of the abundance of rice by the end of the holiday. It remained unclear to us why the side dishes were prepared from unpeeled potatoes. The service staff was very welcoming and friendly. Everything suited us on the beach, sometimes we went to a wild beach. The entertainment program is uninteresting, unorganized, entertained themselves. I was very amused by one case: we found a note with a proposal from one married couple to diversify their lives - to engage in swinging. It is still a mystery to us who it was, but if they read this review, we say hello to them. If we didn’t have time to return to the hotel for lunch, then they didn’t leave us hungry and served hot food right on the beach. The alcohol was varied, we experimented with cocktails as best we could. There were 2 buses going to the beach every hour. If everyone did not fit on the bus, then he always made an additional flight and took the rest. The animators are great. Every day there was water aerobics on the beach, the girls are engaged, and the men are filming, the main thing is that everyone had fun. The hotel had water polo in the rooftop pool. Men were already trying there, and the girls were sick and filmed, it was also very fun to watch all this. Every evening there were performances and a small disco. After the disco, the animators gathered party-goers and a large company went to one of the city discos. And there were a lot of discos. Since the hotel is located in the very center of cultural and party life. There is a small minus - there is no territory of its own, only 2 pools - 1 between the buildings, 2 on the roof. I think that this is not a problem, for those who know how to have a positive rest, the territory will not be a big minus. I really liked the fact that during this period there were many Russian youth. It was a lot of fun. If you are a positive and able to relax youth, then go to this hotel.
