Children's animation - horror. Animation for adults, obsessive, boring! Animators make people write good reviews and take pictures of them.
Sea - along the shore, stone slabs (dead corals), there is no place for children. Pantone plastics.
The reef is gorgeous.
The sunbeds are old, maybe they will be replaced soon, because the first line is all under repair. The management of the hotel, the bottom, forbade us to use the flag of Ukraine!! ! Because ANI DO NOT WANT CONFLICTS! There are a lot of Russians, they conduct themselves, according to the dignity of cattle) they are busy at night, in the daytime they are in line for a drink, and they take care of everything.
For those who do not need fish and entertainment for children, it is better to rotate other hotels. Glory to Ukraine!

Nice rooms, big, great location overlooking the main pool. Cleanliness is excellent, there is everything you need in the room. The sea is amazing, amazing. Gorgeous reef, just a fairy tale. The hotel is not boring, animators entertain during the day. The bartenders are great, like bees. I want to mention the work of the employee at the pool named Hany, he is also an employee in the hotel gym. This is a very responsive person who always helped us with the child by the pool. When this employee was on break, no one else gave us any help. Therefore, I note the work of the Hany employee and I hope the hotel management sees this review. Also, thanks to the bartender Said for the fast service and top cocktails for me and my child.
The hotel has a miniclub, playground and water slides. We are happy with our vacation. Thanks to the staff.

Delicious food, a lot of people, but the guys in the restaurant are trying very hard, they clean the dishes with space speed, set the tables! The rest - very colorful animators, by the way, with wonderful hairstyles - were busy communicating with each other and making short photo and video reports about their supposedly work. 5-7 minutes of the so-called zumba, bocha - 5 minutes. The charge, which the animator spent on April 24 on the lawn near the beach, is just complete disrespect for the guests: he talked on the phone, watched the video, his comrades ran between the ladies involved and amused each other until the guests asked to stop doing it.

3. The room had everything you need, safe, hair dryer, TV with our and Russian channels. Cleaning was done every day.
4. There are no questions about nutrition at all, there was always enough of everything. twice there were crabs, once tiger prawns, squids were almost every day. Variety of sweets, salads, meat.
5. Speaking of food - near one of the entrances to the dining room there is an outdoor kitchen. where they grill. You can get there either by climbing the stairs to the second floor from the side of the pool, or by going through the entire dining room from beginning to end, if you enter from the main entrance.
We always entered from the main entrance, and therefore, purely by chance, we found out that there was a grill there when we saw people in the plates of food that we did not see at the distribution))) I don’t know what you can think of with this - either you should be in the lobby when you check in notify, or hang navigation in the dining room itself.
6. The Internet is, in principle, throughout the hotel, which is very rare for 4 *. It catches something in the rooms, but enough for correspondence. near the pool catches well, best of course in the lobby.
7. Delivery to the sea by a bus that brings tourists without stopping. Literally 2 minutes on the way, 5-7 minutes on foot. the road to the sea goes downhill on foot, so it’s easy to get there, but back you have to go downhill, and therefore it’s definitely better to wait 5 minutes for the bus back. We did not go on foot, but we saw tourists who were tired))
8. You can use the bar on the beach. which is on the corner of a 5* hotel and you can't use the others.
the beach itself is with sand, we didn’t find a shortage of sun loungers, the entrance to the sea is from a plastic bridge, it is carried out into the sea by 50-60 meters. The reef is super, they even come from other hotels to dive.
9. Check-in was fast, just 5 minutes later they brought us the keys.
10. Guest experience Olya is sitting in the lobby, and there are a couple more people. Every day they approached all the tourists on the beach and in the dining room, asked for the room number, what problems they encountered, what was wrong. Their hikes were accompanied by a crowd of cooks who carried desserts and cocktails. It's nice to have feedback.

In general, we liked the rest, in the next. we can go here again. People who rested said that they used to be only in 5 *, but this hotel is on the level, and they are also satisfied.

The restaurant is roomy, but with a large occupancy of the hotel, queues line up at lunchtime and in the evening... but this is not critical, people alternate, the staff is fast, tables are cleaned in an instant, they wipe the tables with an antiseptic and there is also a bottle of antiseptic on each table.
Good variety of food.
In the morning, various bakery products, toast, single-portion butter, 2 types of cereals, pancakes, scrambled eggs, beans, potatoes, sausages, cut sausages, cheeses, cheese, yogurt... fruits (pomegranate, orange, banana, etc. ; chopped vegetables: tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, bell pepper, white and red cabbage, greens, olives. . . you can't remember everything. . . and a whole stained-glass window of cakes. . . tea, coffee-cappuccino-mocaccino machine and other drink options, juices (mango, orange, pineapple), cola, sprite, fanta, etc.
For lunch, bread, 2 types of soups, be sure to rice and beef meat stew, various delicious boiled and baked mixes of vegetables, baked meat: either chicken or other meat, I'm not a meat eater, I passed by... there was definitely baked and fried fish, grilled chicken and cutlets, pasta, baked potatoes and french fries, sausages, pizza, again sliced ​ ​ ​ ​ vegetables and a huge number of mini-cakes... they often fried crabs or other seafood, but I did not stand in those queues.
The rooms are renovated, spacious, wooden furniture, all in good order, comfortable beds, large balconies... the room is cleaned daily with a change of towels, beds (all white), cosmetics (shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, body lotion, mini-paste toothbrush, soap)... in the refrigerator bottles of water, jars of cola, sprite, phantom that replenish... if you forget something - ask. The room also has a kettle with a set of tea and coffee bags. Wet cleaning! No dust on the floor and furniture.
Wi-Fi throughout, ask the reception for your individual password. In general, the Internet is normal for social networks, but it will be more convenient to buy an Egyptian orange SIM card or these salads, or vodafone... if you didn’t have time to buy at the airport, you can do it in shops on the territory of the hotel... you can also buy masks, flippers, swimwear, mangoes, souvenirs, tea and much more, although the prices there are higher than in the Old City. You can take a taxi to the Old City on the day of arrival and buy everything you need at reasonable prices and then enjoy your vacation.
The hotel is located in Sharm El Sheikh in the Montazah region, close to Nabq. It's windy here in winter! The hotel beach is hidden from the wind by a cape and the stay is much more comfortable than on the beaches of neighboring hotels: Albatros Palace, Coral Montaza, Baron and Coral Seya Sensatori. The hotel is located on the second line and shares the beach with the Sunrise Remal Beach 5 * hotel. You can go down to the beach on foot along a well-groomed footpath (5 minutes) or on a shuttle bus that runs free of charge from the hotel to the beach and back, from 7.00 to 17.00.
I recommend to come to the beach at 6.00-7.00 to take sun loungers and then have a quick breakfast (from 7.00) and back to the beach. After breakfast, you will find sunbeds on the beach on the left, where the entrance to the sea is rocky.
The hotel does not have a sandy entry into the sea, so with children you can go into the sea only ankle-deep (so the coral stone bottom) and only in special shoes - in corals.
The beach is separated from the Remal Beach 5 * hotel by a promenade, and a bar with drinks for vacationers of both hotels is right at the beginning of the territory of this hotel, there is also a toilet and foot shower.
The reef is good and interesting. Entrance from a plastic pontoon - there is always a crowd on it! To the left of the pontoon, the reef is more colorful.
If you want to see a beautiful reef, get up early in the morning and walk along the promenade to the last hotel Coral Seia Sensatori, and from its pontoon snorkel along the coral crust towards your hotel to the next pontoon or further (Hotel Baron). They say the steepest reef there.
I planned this business but did not carry it out - there was no suitable company.
I recommend the hotel!! ! We felt comfortable and relaxed in it.

We arrived at the hotel in the morning around 8 o'clock. They immediately took away our documents and put on bracelets in order to use the entire infrastructure. After breakfast, we changed in the luggage room and went to the main pool, which is located near the reception and lobby. In total, the hotel has 2 swimming pools - 1 main and 1 for children. The children's pool is located near the children's room.
At about 12 o'clock we were informed that our room was ready and we could move in.

Room 1151 overlooking the airport, although he did not strain from the word - AT ALL. Yes, with the balcony open you can hear takeoffs and landings, but when the door to the balcony was closed, it was calm. The room did not face the sunny side, which was also cool, since the sun did not bother. Everything is standard in the room - since there were 3 of us, there was a double bed and a single bed, a kettle, TV, refrigerator, wardrobe, safe. What I liked was that finally there were Ukrainian channels on TV.
Infrastructure. . .
Wi-fi on my Iphone 11 worked fine only in the lobby and in a few places in the hotel, although my wife and son Xiaomi - so wifi worked much better on them and in most of the hotel and sometimes on the beach.
To use wi-fi, you need to ask the receptionist for a piece of paper with a password. This password is valid for 7 days, then you can get another one for free.
There is table tennis, pool (billiards). Animators offer darts
Food. . .
There is a main restaurant on the second floor (breakfast from 7 am, lunch from 12:30, dinner from 18:30), a bar in the lobby (around the clock, only alcohol there is somehow on schedule - like from 10 am), a pool bar (open from 10 am, and from 12 pm - burgers, pita and pizza), the beach bar works exactly the same as the pool bar and several A-la carte restaurants (they are by appointment, which can be done at the terminal near the reception and they PAID).
The food is excellent - I will not list all the menus, but there were shrimp, crabs, squid, meat, fish, chicken, duck, vegetables, etc.
Beach. . .
The main problem is that the beach is shared with the recently opened 5 * Sunrise Remal Beach. Not enough space for 2 hotels. To be honest - at 6:30 in the morning it was still realistic to take sunbeds - after that, it was already problematic. Therefore, if you have someone who does not like to sleep for a long time and can calmly survive the beginning of breakfast or not attend it at all, feel free to send him to the beach to take your place.
The pontoon is one and short - only 50 steps, but again - 3 hotels come to swim on this pontoon (two Sunrise and another Albatross), so the pontoon is crowded near it. The reef is great, lots of fish.
It takes about 5 minutes to go to the beach from the hill, and from 7 in the morning the shuttle starts to go every 10 minutes, but walking is faster))))
Miscellaneous. . .
The hotel is located in such a place that there are no regular minibuses. You can only get to the old city by taxi - 8-10 dollars per car one way, that is, to the old city and back - 16-20 dollars per car
If you walk along the embankment for 1.5 km, then behind the Baron Resort there is a market, in principle, with good prices (more expensive than in the old town, but cheaper than in hotels). We bought a snorkeling mask there for $16 and green mango for $2, and red (royal) for $4 per kg.
But the coolest option for this area is to order a transfer from the George Clooney store (+201090161408). They will answer you on Viber with all the instructions. We bought mangoes there for 1.5, masks there for 12. Very good prices for fruits, food, sweets, cosmetics.

In terms of nutrition... The food is varied, in sufficient quantities, they came at the beginning of breakfasts, lunches and dinners, and at the end, and everything was always enough. A large selection of meat dishes (chicken, turkey, beef, veal, duck, and in different versions, both baked and stewed, both in batter and in sauces), seafood (different fish, crabs, squids, and also in different versions), soups - mashed potatoes and broths are always delicious, vegetables, fruits... and what I don't prefer is a variety of pastries and sweets, an Italian table, but it was also always varied.
According to the number... Nobody was paid anything, they always cleaned, a couple of times we even refused, everything was changed, bath cosmetics were added, the bar was replenished with water, and Pepsi-Cola and Fanta every day. If you didn’t do something, ask and they will report everything. This is no problem!
According to the animation... Everything was on the pool (water aerobics, exercise, darts, hotel dance, water volleyball and water polo) and on the beach (exercises, yoga, volleyball, foam disco). But the fact that the animators were invited to events, but the vacationers did not want to go... that's it. In the evening, there were entertainment shows in the amphitheater and nearby on the site, but we did not always visit. 2 times they listened to the saxophone (!!! ) and danced, once national dances and once at the miss of the hotel. The downside is that the animators do not hang out the entertainment program in the evening so that you can build your day.
By sea... I think that everything is also cool, this is Egypt, so what kind of coast can there be? if someone needs sandy, then you need to relax in Hurghada or in another country.
We took an excursion to the "boat", but there was a terrible wind, so we did not receive full satisfaction from the trip. And we went to Soho and the Old Town by taxi, took a street taxi, because it was cheaper. When choosing a hotel, we understood that it was not close, so we were ready to use a taxi.
Well, the day of departure was again spoiled by Pegasus, and the unorganized work of the airport. We were picked up from the hotel 5 hours before departure, and all this time we were at the airport, felt, inspected, and 4 flights took off at once with an interval of 10 minutes. As a result, the plane was delayed for another hour and a half, because the tourists simply did not have time to go through all these senseless inspections, turning out bags and probing the body.
As for the hotel, I will say it again, a very good 4!! ! You just always need to rest on the positive and before choosing a hotel, it is good to study all the pros and cons, or contact the managers who will answer your questions in detail. I always do this and we had a great time!! !

The most enchanting thing is the SERVICE: bed linen should be changed every 4 days, they were replaced once after the scandal involving the guest relay, they asked for soap for 2 days, because no one just brought it to the room, they asked for an iron for 3 days, so no one gave it, although everyone nodded “ok”, the non-working TV was replaced 2 days later after 5 calls to the reception, the bathroom and the floor were washed 1 time again after the scandal involving and under the supervision of the guest relay, but as they cleaned up normally 1 time in 9 days, they decided so, and enough))) there is nothing to pamper tourists. Water is only 0.5 liters, you wear it yourself and then you have to beg.
Animation Entertainment: there seems to be a crowd of animators, but there is no special sense, no fun, no activities, all tourists are on sunbeds and bars. Personnel without masks and gloves take plates, cutlery without individual packaging, tables, chairs, floors in the dining room in crumbs, food leftovers, there are no tablecloths at all, the same substrate on the tables. Full of flies and mosquitoes, no fumigators help. In general, if the price tag for a hotel is 20 thousand hryvnias, then still creaking in your soul and only because of a good reef, you can think it over, but not a penny more expensive.

Changed clothes in some utility room and went to explore the territory. The shuttle is big, took me to the sea in two minutes. The hotel is rather the third line (in front of us was the Albatross and the first line Sunrise). Arriving at the sea, it was the biggest disappointment - there was a low tide and 8 meters is a nondescript coral crust. The beach is very large (some sections of the beach are 16+, which made me happy, the children didn’t run or scream). Pierce alone. Very short (compared to neighboring hotels), but from time to time there were a lot of people on it (and this is considering that the first line of the hotel has not yet opened). The reef is not so "best" (as many reviews say). Although they brought divers and sailed yachts. Along the beach, which I liked, there is a promenade, you could walk through the territory of many hotels (in Sunrise, they really made sure that it was the most windless place. In other hotels, it just demolished and the piers were oh so long).
There is a bar on the beach. There are snacks. I really liked the pizzas. Drinks are local. Bottled beer.
After dinner, we were seated around 2:30 pm. Room 2139, second floor, the windows overlooked a quiet cozy place. The room is clean, beautiful, it is clear that after the renovation. Everything worked. Didn't like that there were two beds. In the passports - one surname, it is not difficult to guess that the spouses. She expressed her dissatisfaction with the person who brought the suitcase. She asked to move the beds, he made a puzzled look, said wait, we'll decide everything and ran away. They thought that they would change either the room or the bed, but alas, he was gone. They moved it themselves (but the bed was constantly moving apart).
Room cleaning (as it turned out later) is the weakest point of the hotel, it boiled down only to making the bed (although they left money). Cosmetics were not replenished, the floors were not washed and it seems that they did not sweep.
There was a minibar, replenished once.
The food is good. There was always meat (beef, chicken, turkey), fish, crabs three times, two types of soup, a very large selection of fruits (bananas, oranges, apples, dates, plums, guava, persimmon, melon), all kinds of sweets. The grill was not only in the evening, but also in the afternoon.
As the hotel filled up (we arrived, it was 60 percent occupancy), it was increasingly difficult to find a place in a restaurant, on sunbeds near the pool...
The hotel area is not big, but quite cozy.
I did not like the location of the hotel - far from the Old Town, Naama, Soho. Taxi only.
There was a late check out from the hotel. They asked the room to be handed over at 12-00, the bracelets were not cut off, they used everything until the evening.
Animation was observed only in the evening. During the day, silence, calmness, nothing...
The amphitheater is the smallest one that has only been seen in hotels.
In general, the holiday was a success. The main attitude. The question would be returned to the hotel - rather no than yes (although the price of the issue).
