Rest depends on your mood

Who does the author recommend the hotel to?: For a relaxing holiday; For recreation with friends, for young people
I will share my impressions))) We went on a cheap tour - it was simply a sin not to take advantage of this offer (8 days for 468 USD). Tour operator TUI, well done, everything is organized, good guides, etc.
We went with my mother (for the sake of her I go by and large to Sharm - the climate is very suitable and has a beneficial effect), we knew that the hotel was a C grade. So we didn't expect much. We deliberately took HB meals, because the day is short and interrupting for another lunch is just a crime. Entering the hotel, in principle, I was pleasantly surprised by the reception, nice, spacious. The room was given, of course, terrible initially, but I was ready for this. for 10 USD they changed the room to a better one, cleaner, brighter, with iridescent bedspreads and armchairs. But we were still shocked! dilapidated furniture, small TV, the rug was probably not removed since the opening of the hotel, the walls are dirty))) The bathroom is also deplorable, the plastic chairs on the balcony should be white, but they are black. In short, we were horrified, but took it for granted)) At least the view from the window was no longer on the hookah tent, but on the large pool. For dinner, we were also not very happy and probably even disappointed, there were few sweets, the food was all so meager, and not very tasty, but there is a way out of any situation. Vegetables, fruits, meat and fish, light side dish. Have eaten enough. In the morning we already woke up with a different mood (as it turned out later, everyone who comes on the first day has the same mood and state of shock. Then it goes away). A huge plus is that the hotel is located in a very good area - everything is nearby, you can walk everywhere, walking streets, the old market, 1001 nights, etc.
I’ll also say about food that it was always not enough - so I had to come to the beginning, it’s scarce, but we ate to satiety anyway. even got better in a week.

We went around the beaches for our full 6 days 5 pieces. The first 2 days went to the free - nothing interesting. though clean, and always nice music. But it's very windy there. On the beach itself - it's probably good to be with the kids, but if you walk in the direction of 500 meters - you get to a wild beach - there are corals and fish.
We went to el fanar - I didn’t really like the fact that there were few places from the hotel, sunbeds were back to back, and sometimes it’s just impossible to hide from the sun. But there is no wind, it's hot, and the beauty of the sea)))
went to Sharm Reef (to the left of the hotel). the first time we went in for free (although there is 25 pounds entrance. I just asked my guide before that, and he told me that the entrance was free for us. so we went with an impudent look, the Egyptian was confused and let it in))) but in fact In fact, he is paid. It is good only for those who are not afraid of depth. because from the steps you immediately fall into the abyss of the sea - but the beauty costs $ 4 - you will not regret it.
then We managed to get to the local Arabian paradise beach. wow!! ! this is beauty!! ! look at the photo later. Tourists are not allowed there, only locals, but we were led by an Egyptian (we took off the tags).
and also went to Sharks Bay - I just love this beach very much)
The Egyptians, as always, are very nice, friendly, slightly intrusive, but if you just say the word thank you and smile sweetly and sincerely, they will not touch you anymore)))
The bus goes to the free beach frequently. the first at 9 and then half an hour later.
etc
the last one leaves the beach at 16
The dishes in the dining room are greasy))) but we didn't care. We came to the sea, not to the hotel.
The pools are unheated and they make the hotel grounds very cold at night. There is no animation - and it is not needed there. The British and Germans do not go to the sea, they were always at the pools, they drank, ate, sang songs... we don’t understand this)))
2 times a week there is an evening show by their local fakir. There was an instseirova wedding (very funny).
the territory is very small - but this is a city hotel, it does not imply a large territory.

Cleaning was carried out every day (for 1 dollar), swans and flowers Ibrahim twisted very responsibly, but the floors were not washed.
the bed linen is shabby, but the towels are clean.
Air conditioning worked properly (sometimes turned on for heating).
the staff is not very smiling (compared to other hotels where we were), but if you smile at them, talk - they answer the same. They try.
Most importantly, the hotel is located in a very convenient area! and if you tune in to a pleasant rest, in a pleasant way, to rest, then you will get it in full. For example, we didn't want to leave.
But our friends were at our other hotel at the same time in the 4th, and alas, everyone from their hotel wanted to go home and were unhappy with their vacation. And no one on the bus wanted to leave. So if you love Egypt, the sea, their people, you won't regret it. And if you are used to relaxing in a hotel (on site), swimming pools, food - then you are not here.
I wish you all a pleasant holiday!
