We arrived on the 4th: my husband and I and our friends (couple) on March 9 at about 9 pm. We are 25 years old. counted on a good rest, from the first minutes of our stay in this hotel we got a nervous breakdown. Booked 2 rooms. we traveled in pairs, it was understood that each room had a double bed, we got 2 separate plywood beds, the mattresses were dirty and dusty, the linen was in the same condition, drinking water was paid, there were no towels in the room, the curtains were dirty, there was a fungus in the shower, the drains were clogged, after bathing the water spread all over the room, the refrigerator did not work, the boards from the ceiling fell on the head, the husband was almost killed by an electric current. I am not kidding!! ! I have never seen such a HOLE in my life!! ! We went down to the canteen, it was dark there so that you could not see the dirt and the dishes that were served, probably. it was just a nightmare. My husband and I room had a view of the courtyard. n. luxury, be it wrong. our friends had windows overlooking the road and a dirty, littered canopy. seeing all this, our friends offered to spend the night in the 4th in the same room, which we did, because. k. it was not possible to leave that same evening. tried to contact the hotel manager, but his working day was already over by this time, I wanted to give money to be moved to another room, but they explained to us that it would be difficult to find ours better. with great difficulty we spent that night, in the morning God heard our prayers and our guide from Odeon Tours transferred us to another hotel (naturally with an additional charge), where we spent our full rest in Egypt. and the hotel La Perla is still remembered with horror! !
