Upon arrival at the hotel, at first I did not understand anything, no one speaks Russian, I am alone on my own. Then OH appeared - the Russian-speaking receptionist Mukhamed. He explained everything, showed, told, and in the future he solved all questions quickly and efficiently, with any problem to him - he will always help!
In general, the hotel itself is small and cozy, the staff knows all the vacationers by name, knows your eating and drinking habits, very attentive, if you treat them well, then you will literally be carried in your arms. If there is no smile on your face, this is a reason for them to worry. It was also very pleasant to communicate with one of the managers - Samir. In general, all the hotel management are pleasant, educated people, I consider my admiration for Egypt to be their merit. As for the hotel itself - the rooms are spacious, clean, comfortable, the food is plentiful and varied, in the evenings there are entertainment programs, everything for guests, your every whim. The only negative is the beach, because you don’t feel the sea there, it’s just a bay, but in principle you can have a good time there. Free buses to the beach run all the time. There is also a bus to the city center - Naama Bay, you can take a taxi (dark taxi drivers! For one tourist, I think there are 5-7 taxi drivers) - $ 2 and in 5 minutes you are there.
In general, I liked everything very much, I will definitely go again, and most likely to Luna Sharm, a good hotel I recommend to everyone!
