Only their Arabs (also not happy) and Slavs come to the hotel - apparently there is an agreement on the sale of vouchers by tour operators only to the Slavs. Foreigners are more fortunate, they do not sell the hotel, apparently they are afraid of European scandals, and we are suckers and will not prove anything. A criminal case has been initiated against JoinUp for the mass sale of tours to this hotel. All tourists who have visited this hotel are struggling with travel companies to return compensation for services sold, but not actually rendered, such as 1st line, beach bar and pool bar and all inclusive; write claims and prepare lawsuits in court; and, or at least to close this hotel and not sell tours by fraud. But so far there are no positive results. JoinUp didn't even reply to me via feedback.

The bay is narrow between the reefs - dangerous, you must always watch this so as not to fly in and not get hurt.

BEACH BAR: no. 1-2 times they bring 1 box of bottles of warm sprite or pepsicol and their same warm alcohol for cocktails.
THERE IS NO TOILET ON THE BEACH.
POOL BAR: no. sometimes on some day they will put a person.
BAR IN THE HOTEL: recently made around the clock. from 10h-22h - ALL type, from 22h to 10h - paid. There is no money to order a large number of drinks at once, they will order in small batches, everything ends quickly and the bar is IN THE STOP. There are no imported drinks for sale either. DINING ROOM: napkins, no tablecloths, salt - 4-5 vials for the entire dining room, forks-spoons - fatty, diluted milk, coffee-g... oh, the cheapest.
MORNING (permanent assortment) - crushed potatoes (sometimes sour), sausages with fried and stewed onions and carrots, rice porridge (not always), scrambled eggs - always fried, barely baked tomatoes with cheese, fresh tomatoes, cheese product (like our cheese friendship , which crumbles), soy sausage, different buns, donuts.
LUNCH/ DINNER: FRUITS: oranges always, green melon, unsweetened watermelon sometimes. MEAT: Liver - normal, always burnt dry chicken, meatballs / meatballs - with their pungent spices (this zira interrupts all the taste of meat, if it is there). FISH - often raw, undercooked. rice, potatoes, pasta - in different variations; burnt eggplants, stewed vegetables, fresh cabbage-peppers-tomatoes-cucumbers - chopped separately, no salads; pastries, soups.
There is air conditioning in the hotel, but it does not turn on, the answer of the managers is expensive electricity. In rooms with air conditioning, someone like it, someone flows from the ceiling, someone simply turns off in the middle of the night himself and it’s not possible to sleep, like me.
There is no HOT WATER. flows barely warm, the answer of the managers is hot outside.
STEALING continuous: telephones - by the pool, dining room and money from the room. Safes do not work throughout the hotel.
ANIMATION: the only thing of value in the hotel..... at least someone shaburshit life in it.
