The hotel itself is quiet, there is nothing for a Tagil man to do there, because only billiards and a bar are entertainment (not around the clock). Oh, I forgot - 2 times there was live music. It consists of one-story houses (standard rooms) and two-story houses (there are two-room family rooms). We lived in a one-story house and really liked it. The room was not perfectly clean when we checked in, but a $2 tip cleared that up. At the entrance, they didn’t give baksheesh (although they asked very much), and I think that there is no point in it, you will only gain 10 minutes of time, and the rooms are almost all the same in condition. Very good cuisine, everything is always fresh, European food (Italian-oriented, pasta, pasta, etc. ). Unless, of course, you are used to eating foie gras every day, etc. - then you have nothing to do there, but if you want a varied and fresh food, then it's fine. If you give, and it is better to leave a tip after a meal in a special box, then the attitude towards you improves. In general, I got the impression that the tips there all go to the general cash desk and then are divided depending on labor participation. In any case, once I myself saw how the waiter took my tips into the common box.
Water procedures can be taken at the pool in the hotel, you can at any pool in Vista Beach, or you can go to Vista Beach. The beach is very good. The sea is ideal for small children. The entrance to the sea is sand, you can do it without special shoes. I myself saw how people from other hotels came there, because the entrance to the sea was not so convenient for them. Yes, small. YES there is a tide. But after passing (swimming) 300-400 meters, if you take a little to the right, there are 2-3 coral reefs. There are always a lot of fish (with a mask and snorkel you can see them better). So you can see the beauty of the sea. It’s really better not to feed the fish, because they go crazy and can bite (during my time the Germans tried to establish contact with the underwater world in this way, they swore a lot later).
It is not close to the beach, but the beautiful territory smooths out the impressions of the hike. There is a bus from our hotel to the beach but we never used it. Moreover - in Laguna Beach there is a restaurant near the beach where you can dine. so it's best to wake up early. have breakfast and go to the beach. Right there to get towels and sunbathe (swim) until lunch. Then - have lunch on the beach and back to the sea. and already at 16-17 return to your hotel and put yourself in order for dinner. In the evening (after 17 it is better not to swim, because even though the sea is warm, but sea reptiles (moray eels, for example) at this time also crawl out of their holes to have dinner.

There are shops at the exit from the hotels (both Laguna Vista Garden and Laguna Beach) But the prices and assortment are much more interesting if you exit Laguna Vista, turn left and go to a small square. It's cheaper and there are more Russian-speaking sellers. I recommend 3 stores that stand next to each other. One is called something like "Disney", there are children's toys, things, etc. The second is the Arabesque shop (souvenirs). The owner - a young guy named Mina (Misha) speaks Russian very well and does not become impudent like other sellers. If necessary, tell what, where and why. Next to it is a shop where you can buy fins, masks, etc. for the cheapest price. as well as scarves, T-shirts, slippers and other things as a gift and for yourself. Apparently, we liked these stores also because the owners are Christians. Somehow they immediately found a common language. And across the street from this square there are bank branches where the currency (but not rubles) can be exchanged for pounds, as well as the Metro supermarket, where you can buy something, but only for pounds.
Conclusion. Laguna Vista Garden is a quiet calm hotel without any special claims, a strict four but worth the money. If you really want to relax by the sea, sleep, etc. without spoiling the nerves - this is for you. I liked it more than Laguna Beach, which has 5 stars. Apparently stars only for proximity to the sea. In general - I recommend.
