The hotel is disgusting. We rested from 31.07. to 07.08. 14. I'll start with the check-in: the arrival was late at 22 o'clock, we were fed dinner to the rest and our torment began - the check-in. They offered a choice of 2 options - either 324 away from the pool and music at the bar and next to the pool and restaurant, they immediately demanded money for the latter, but since we were with our grandson and it was more important for us to have silence in the evenings, we agreed immediately to No. 324 We arrive in the room. We open the door and almost fall from the crazy heat inside, immediately turn on the air conditioner of a strange look and type and wait for the long-awaited coolness in the room. it takes about 15-20 minutes and it becomes clear that the air conditioner simply does not work at all, it barely drives hot air, in order to somehow breathe, you had to go outside, where it was under +40, it was easier to breathe there. We went to the reception to find out the situation, they did not really believe us and promised to send a technician. Let's go back. . . , waited for half an hour, finally, a technician appeared, started to twist and turn something, then said that it took time to cool, about an hour, they began to wait. More than an hour passed, the air conditioner continued to drive hot air. We went to the neighbors through several houses, which, fortunately, sat on the terrace. They invited us to see how their air conditioner works. The long-awaited coolness, buzzing, everything is fine. They came back. It has been blowing hot air for 2.5 hours. We went to the reception again, but they just don’t believe us, I send a technician again, he again twists and turns something, even began to go somewhere behind the house and began to ask us to bring him bottles of cold water, he was there or something flooded or flushed.... Again, together with him we go to the reception, the time is already night!! ! At the reception, the manager changes, who needs to be told about the problem all over again. Tel. calls somewhere, but says that we have nowhere to settle, all the rooms are "with holes" - try to guess what it is. It's, like, not removed. In short, we are told several times "wait 10 minutes", as a result, every 10 minutes stretch to half an hour. After many more ordeals, negotiations, running to this room a few more times to check if we were on time, they gave us room 617 until the morning. At 4 in the morning we finally go into this room and, oh God, in the next room, where there is a separate third bed, the air conditioner does not work again.... , the manager is furious already. Then I ran with the remote control and checked, it turned out that there were no batteries. Our things were left in room 324, we stayed overnight in room 617, and in the morning they promised to give us the third number in a row. To say that we did not get enough sleep is to say nothing - because the time is an hour behind, and even an early meeting with the guide at a 5 star hotel. We barely got up in the morning, we come to the reception, again another manager, again we begin to bring things up to date, and on the move the manager suddenly stops understanding Russian. In the end, the husband went to the sofa in the reception and lay down to sleep there, at this point they suddenly fussed and said that room 617, in which we spent the night, was behind us. So, 11 hours after entering the hotel, our saga with the check-in was over. Then I’ll take a shorter walk: I’ll try to get by with only facts - they didn’t bring water to the room, only if you start to bother with phone calls and then they gave 2 bottles for three, like, the child doesn’t need to drink. Rave. Light bulbs in the room - out of 9, only 2 worked, but we didn’t even bother with this, because we had already “sipped” higher. The refrigerator is broken. Cleaning for all days was 1 time, it consisted in changing the post. linen and towels, no other cleaning, including bathroom and plumbing was not. On the first day, our sink was still clogged, a plumber was called, he did everything, but there was a lot of dirty water on the floor due to repairs, no one wanted to clean up from the cleaners, my husband literally dragged one by the scruff, he spread the whole this dirt on the floor type cleaning was completed. Normally, he did not want to wash, when we talked to him and showed him the dirt, he pretended that he did not understand what we were saying to him.
