Good day of the day. I always write my reviews, as they say, with a fresh mind. We drove Anex, flew with Azur air. There is nothing to say here, everything is fine, without delay, comfortable. The only negative, departure at 16:20, that is, we got to the hotel at 21:00 and the flight back at 7:30 in the morning, which means we had a rise at 3:00. But we knew about it. We were seated quickly, even had time to eat something in the dining room. Why canteen and not a restaurant? Everything is very simple. You take the food yourself and bring the drinks. During the rest (8 days), during lunch and dinner, the waiters did not come to us 3 times and did not ask about our desire to drink something, 1 time they took the order and brought wine at the end of dinner when we were already getting up due to table and once the order was taken, but never brought. We have an average lunch-dinner time of 30-40 minutes. Most waiters are not in a hurry to approach you if they know that you are from Ukraine, Belarus or Kazakhstan. Although there are exceptions. A couple of times, we did not have time to sit down, as the waiter was next to us. Draw your own conclusions.
FOOD. The food is not top notch, but you definitely won't go hungry. The fish is not bad, even stewed even on the grill, chicken too, but the beef is very tough. Either "cows of retirement age" do not know how to cook. We tried a couple of days in a row, the picture did not change and we excluded beef from our diet. Tea and coffee are standard. Sweets; not Turkey, but you can always find something to your liking. As for fruit, I didn't like bananas. By the way, they are not original stern ones, 30 cm each, but small 10-12 cm. but we did not see evergreen, ripe until the end of the holiday.
Little inconvenience. Bars are open only until 18:00. Then only the Lobby Bar, behind the reception, until 22:00 for sure, and then we went to sleep, I don’t know.

ROOM. I will say this: rooms where Ukrainians, Belarusians, Kazakhs and other vacationers from the former Soviet of Deputies are KILLED. Another thing is the Germans, Austrians, Italians and other English-speaking vacationers. They are settled in other buildings with repairs. Our friends, together came, moved 3 times. We had room 2305. On the second day, the phone charger burned out due to a short circuit in the socket. On the third day, the magnifying mirror in the bathroom fell off. True, "urgently" two days later a repairman came and raped that mirror, screwing two screws Ф5x50mm into it. Before the hotel collapses, the mirror will definitely not fall. Another minus. In a hotel of "such" level there are no indoor slippers. We asked them. Then they brought us some kind of used, dirty plastic-rubber flip flops in black. I WAS SHOCKED. On the second day, we went to the city and bought ourselves 2 pairs of room slippers for $4 per pair and charging to the phone for $8. I am ashamed of the management of this hotel. But the hotel has a cool gym. Question. Who needs it there? I specifically went there 3 times to look. Nobody. Instead of expensive exercise equipment, it’s better to change the sockets that cost $2 a piece, put disposable slippers for $4 in each room. Trust me people will appreciate it. The air conditioner is very noisy. It's not realistic to even watch TV when it's working, let alone sleep. True, there is a plus. From incl. air conditioning is bad for sleeping. We only turned it on when we left the room. And it would not hurt to clean the air conditioner grill, it is black from mold. I can imagine what's going on in the middle. Who cares about the view from the window, I can reassure. There is no bad view. All rooms have side sea views. Only De Luxe rooms have a direct view of the sea, but the price is different there.
ENTERTAINMENT. There is billiards but it was always closed, there is table tennis, but it was also always closed, there is Wi-Fi, but it is so bad that we can assume that it is not there either. The only thing you can do: before lunch Squash, after lunch at 15:30 beach volleyball. If you want musical accompaniment throughout the day, bring a speaker and a flash drive with you. In the evening there is live music on the terrace almost every evening.
TERRITORY. The territory is not big, but well-groomed. Bushes and lawns mowed, everything is cleaned, washed. Here we must pay tribute to the workers on the territory. Guys are great.
BEACH. Here, too, everything is fine, clean, tidy, trash cans everywhere. There were always enough sun loungers whenever you came. Sand entry into the sea. By the way, this is one of the few hotels in Sharm with such a beach. They said that there are only 4 or 5 of them.

The last award was received in 2014. Outside in 2018. We conclude: the hotel management is at a low level. Problems do not see or do not want to see. In most of the hotels in which we rested, at the end of the holiday we were given such a survey questionnaire on the hotel in which you can leave your comments, wishes and assessment of the hotel. There is nothing like that here. So they think they are doing well.
