We spent a great week at this hotel.
Upon arrival, we were taken to lunch so that we would not remain hungry; after lunch, we were seated immediately. I would like to note that Russians are accommodated (unless they specifically pay for a sea view) in side rooms overlooking the fence...in short, the most crappy rooms possible. We didn’t bother too much, since we only sleep in the room. View of the backyard of the neighboring hotel and partly of the sea. Among the disadvantages of this location: noise from air conditioners and some other units from the same place, as well as from the squeak of reversing cars (trucks) arriving there.
According to the room: it is huge, no less than 40 meters, a huge bed 2m wide. Kettle, tea, coffee, water (all free) mini bar for a fee. Everything is in the room and everything works. But everything is confused with the sockets...there are 3 of them and they are all occupied (TV and 2 lamps by the bed). The TV is big and works. Russian 3 channels. The room's advantages: there are a lot of hangers for things, there is a chest of drawers and drawers in the closet, etc.

About the food: there is everything for every taste, fish, meat, vegetables...nothing new or unusual, but everything is fresh and perfectly cooked. Ice cream is available)) seafood was included once...juices of all types, excellent quality, including freshly squeezed orange juice. The bars work well, but there are, as always, But. Depending on who pours, the drink changes...and also, in a beach bar, Europeans pour it in glass, Russians in plastic...Beach bar, the food is delicious, especially fish and chips and salads. In fact, you can try everything. Themed events around lunch are very cool.
Also regarding food, I advise you to go to a la carte Italian, they cook wonderfully! And of course there is variety))
The area is beautiful, quite large, with hammocks, charms and covered sun loungers. Everyone will find a place for themselves. The pools are clean and beautiful, the beach line is wonderful. Large, clean, enough sunbeds. Umbrellas, comfortable mattresses. Beach towels are of excellent quality and even a special bag for the beach. Almost everything is provided for your comfort. Of the minuses, the crows...this is certainly surprising. They drag food, croak constantly, climb...arrogant comrades in short...The entry into the sea is sandy and shallow, you don’t need to take aqua boats. There is a reef nearby where you can see fish. There is billiards, table tennis and a tennis court, air hockey, animation, shows, etc. but what I liked was that everything was very unobtrusive. A special recommendation is the spa center and their massages. I recommend taking 5 sessions, the 6th is free, you can also relieve your body.
What else would I like to say, the hotel manager is always present, controls everything himself, communicates with guests, apparently that’s why there is such a service. When going on an excursion, you can order rations at the reception, meager, but still. I would also like to advise that if you are burned, ask for a chatterbox at the hotel pharmacy, it helps a lot. It’s better not to go on excursions from BG, they promise more than they deliver. We didn't like it, and we weren't the only ones...
Another important point is that after renting out your room you continue to use all the services, the beach, food and drinks, although this is very rare and a big plus.
A separate plus is the concept without children. Of course, this makes the hotel much quieter and calmer.
