The hotel was recommended by "experienced people"! )))
We were looking for a hotel for a family relaxing holiday with a child of 5.5 years old (picky in food! ))).
I apologize in advance for the long review - I am writing for the first time! ))
We arrived in the evening - around 21.30 and were immediately invited to dinner at the reception, and at that time they prepared everything necessary for settling in!
After dinner, we filled out all the paperwork and received the keys to the room - 3202 in the Sharm El Sheikh building - the first floor with a terrace overlooking the green courtyard - an excellent location!
The administrator immediately said - "if you do not like the room - in the morning we can change it. " And, in the morning - he offered to see other rooms, but we quite liked the proposed option!
The room is clean, cozy and quite large (compared to other hotels) - about 35 m2 + bathroom + terrace (on the terrace there are 2 chairs, a table and a clothes dryer)!

Just huge beds deserve special attention - they allow you not to ask for a separate bed for a small child (as an option! )! Our room had 2 separate beds and they were moved at our request. As a result - just a huge sleeping place for 2 adults and a child of 5.5 years.
The bathroom was updated daily as needed: shower gel, body lotion, shampoo and hair conditioner. It would be possible to add a mini-set of cotton buds + cotton pads (this is important for women! )))))
Room cleaning - daily with change of towels and bed linen + 2 bottles of water and many coffee and cappuccino sticks, as well as various tea options (bags) - green and black with additives (raspberry, lemon, orange, hibiscus, cinnamon), sugar and dry cream in sticks. There is a refrigerator in the bedside table.
Special thanks to Mr. Ashraf - for creativity in cleaning the room - peacocks, hares and other things - our child really liked.
Every day the child went to the room with the question - "What will be on the bed today? "! ! There was even a figurine of Tutankhamen!
Free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel deserves special attention, the speed of which is quite sufficient for voice calls in Viber and WhatsApp and viewing mail, videos on youtube.
The territory of the hotel is green and well-groomed. A beach with fine (but not super fine, as in Taba) sand and the same sandy bottom when entering the sea. There are no corals. There are 2 options for viewing corals: 1. excursion on a ship with underwater portholes ($ 45 per adult, and the child was free - about an hour); 2. According to the staff, there is a hotel beach with corals - we didn’t go there - there was no desire.
Beach - clean - regular cleaning by staff. In principle, there are no problems with sunbeds and shade - at any distance from the water (the right side of the beach is practically free).
There is a bar on the beach. Special thanks to Mr.
Sameh - to the waiter who is fast, friendly and VERY good at his job - the cocktails are yummy! ))) After 12.30 on the beach you can "snack" - french fries (Heinz ketchup - spicy and regular in sealed bottles), burgers and fried chicken + drinks. The service is excellent, despite the large number of people.

Food is another matter entirely! This was one of the main criteria for choosing a hotel for a trip with a child.
I will write briefly - there were fried stuffed quails on the menu (for those who are interested - there are confirming photos! ) ! ! ! ! Not a joke - we went nuts when we saw (sorry for the slang! )! ! !
There is always meat (beef and chicken) in various types, 2 types of soups (the child preferred them! ), fish, side dishes (2 types of rice, pasta, vegetables).
Drinks - juices (mango, orange, etc. ), water (gas and without), dry wine (red and white), beer, tea, coffee, milk (taste is not quite familiar! ))).
Always - fruits (apples - red and yellow, oranges, bananas), watermelon or melon, figs!
Baking - you can write a lot, but not quite usual for hotel food - sesame and peanut cakes (like kozinaki)! Everything else is of different types and tastes (chocolate, coconut biscuit, etc. ). Jelly with fruit, cookies with pistachios and hazelnuts - every meal.
All this under the personal supervision of the chef (at lunch and dinner). There was a dinner on the seashore - tables were set on the beach - great experience!
Service throughout the hotel - AT A HIGH LEVEL!
Friendly friendly staff - always a smile, always a greeting, always an increased attention to the child - jokes, handshake, small conversation!
Every evening - a musical program, including a children's disco! )))
The location of the hotel deserves special attention - this is the Old Market area - the most interesting area of Sharma.
From the hotel to the big mosque (a place of congestion of tourists! ) walk about 10 minutes. In the evening, hordes of tourists are brought there from other parts of Sharm! To the supermarket where we bought jams from mangoes, dates, figs and guava (from 8.45 to 14.45 pounds! ) On foot - just 10 minutes! )))
Supermarkets have local prices and a wide selection of products that are not usual for us (pomegranate Schweppes, Fanta green apple) at a good price!

From the hotel to the Naama Bay area carries a FREE bus (you must first inform the reception about your desire to go! ) ! ! !
Guide from the tour company TUI - Mohammed - positive, smiling, not intrusive! I gave my Viber to communicate and always promptly answered questions!
In conclusion, we want to thank for creating a cozy friendly atmosphere:
Olga - Guest relation (always in touch - for all questions! ), Mr. Hosny - Assistant food and beverage manager (personally supervised the process in the restaurant), Sous chief and Sous chief Mr. Mohammed (personally supervised the process of serving dishes),
Mr. Sameh - beach bar (cocktails and beach snacks), Mr.
Ashraf - room cleaning (creation of home comfort).

Summary: Iberotel Palace 5 * (Sharm El Sheikh, Egypt) is a wonderful hotel for a relaxing family holiday with a good location, friendly staff, high-quality and varied food, comfortable rooms, a clean beach and convenient entry into the sea!
RECOMMEND! ! ! !
