After 20 years of traveling around Egypt, I can confidently say that we have found the only hotel, the place where we want to return. Iberotel Palace, in my personal opinion, is the only place for a quiet and comfortable stay.
First, the location: very close to the old town, very oriental.
The hotel itself is located on the first line with a gorgeous beach, long and wide - you don’t feel all that number of people relaxing there. You can enter the water without special shoes - perhaps the only place in all of Sharm El Sheikh.
The hotel itself consists of 4 buildings with 3 floors, all rooms are the same - quite large and comfortably equipped. Air conditioners always worked perfectly and cleaning was always done on time. The bedding is very soft, clean and beautiful - we just fell into bed when we came to the room. They have 2 swimming pools, not very big but always clean and conveniently built - but we are not big fans of pools, so we spent all the time in the sea.
Yes! A very important thing - the first time we came to this hotel, we liked that this is the ONLY HOTEL where we were not wearing bracelets - it was very nice
We also noticed how friendly the people there are - these little details created a very big impression - they always waited for us with towels on the beach, our sunbeds, for breakfast, as soon as we arrived, the waiter already knew where we like to sit and brought us coffee and tea and drinks that we prefer - we didn't have to go anywhere. The food in the restaurant is always fresh and tasty - many say that it is not enough and not tasty - I honestly could not even try everything even with a strong desire - do not believe the languages! There are always 2! Types of soup, fresh and cooked vegetables - more than one type, pasta, potatoes, rice - 2 types!! ! Fish and seafood, chicken and beef - cooked in different variations - and this is NOT ENOUGH? ! Appetizers and all meals are presented beautifully presented. Most desserts are served on individual plates!
Mineral water is served in bottles! Not dispensers! And by the way, juices too, the local wine is very tasty - perhaps not diluted like in other hotels. For all inclusive bars always fresh cappuccino and espresso!
The beach bar has a very nice sea view.
Every evening there is a show program with Oriental belly dancing or The Singer.
Even on the beach there are massages and excursions that offer - but they don't really bother the guests - which is also very nice.
All the staff are very friendly and polite, starting from the Reservation (we talked with him when booking our room and with all our wishes) and ending with the Chef, who was always personally present in Restaurants and bars and watched that all the wishes of the guests were fulfilled.
So we strongly recommend this hotel and for us it has become our second home in Sharm El Sheikh
