Traveled with a friend, both ladies aged 50 years. I describe the impressions based on our expectations and requests. The choice of the hotel was based on star rating and food reviews, as well as the desire to have an organized territory and service. The rest was complete. We booked a deluxe room in order to be closer to the reception and the restaurant. We arrived at 8 am and for a small compliment at the reception we checked in at 9 o'clock and had time to have breakfast. Communicated with the manager in English and a few welcome phrases in Arabic. The interior is luxurious, the rooms are beautiful, the bathroom has a bathtub. The linen is white, expensive, clean. Bottles with shower gel, shampoo, body lotion. Fen. Bathrobes. free safe, flat-screen TV, bar-fridge. Chamber lighting - floor lamp, table lamps. The air conditioner is not noisy, you can adjust the temperature. Cleaning quality, especially if you explain the wishes. The pools are nicely decorated, we didn't use them, we went to the beach. Service to the beach is always on time, even 2 buses serve. First they stop at a coral beach (many waves), then on a sandy one in El Maya Bay. We rested mainly on the sand, and went snorkeling over Albatross Beach. You can walk along all the beaches in the bay, sunbathe, swim. The first days we returned to the hotel for dinner, and by the end we regretted the time and began to stay on the beach for lunch. Lunch on the beach surprised - table setting, custom menu, chef's work, service
waiter. Everything is fresh, tasty, well eaten. The beach is looked after, cleaned, garbage removed, leveled with a rake. There were always free sun loungers. No one was forced to offer. The water is clean, clear, but very cold for us. There were only 2 windless days in a week. Air temperature from 27 to 29. Tanned and bathed. 10 minutes from the Old Market beach, often returned from the beach on foot. The bus runs every hour except 2 pm (lunch).
The hotel restaurant consists of 3 parts, 2 indoor and 1 outdoor (smoking). Tables are served for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Tablecloths and napkins are white, dishes are clean in sufficient quantities. The waiters try hard, remember wishes, help elderly foreigners. I don't know how to describe the kitchen. I can only say that the menu is truly restaurant, delicacies and cuisines from different countries. Lots of national dishes. Meat in various preparations, hot side dishes in abundance, vegetables in a variety of servings. Sushi, cold-smoked fish, shrimp - everything is served exquisitely. Desserts of European cuisine, Egyptian. Fruit is all there is in Egypt at this time. Strawberries every day. Ice cream is served in the evening, exactly. The chef puts a whole masterpiece of ice cream, fruits, icing, candied fruits into the socket.

The service is very good. Everyone was friendly and helpful to us. Ethnic gradation was not noticed anywhere in the hotel. Another thing is that foreigners and Russians spent their free time differently. Foreigners in the evenings in the foyer in chic outfits listened to live music, drank, talked, played cards, and during the day they lay by the hotel pools. Only a few went to the sea. Animation was held on the roof near the pools in the evening, there are also chairs, tables, a bar.
In general, we were received warmly, friendly, as they served our vacation all week. There was nothing to complain about or be dissatisfied with. We left tips and did it at will and from the heart. Some workers, having learned that we were from Belarus, tried to say something even in Belarusian.
During the cooler months this hotel would be our choice without a doubt.
Additional rooms are being built and arranged. The hotel has two elevators, a spa room (did not use).
The city is calm, we walked without fear. There are few tourists, the Il Mercato promenade is empty, the fountain does not work. In stores demand for the buyer, every seller wants to be the first. Comes to unrealistic discounts.
We went to Soho to admire the fountains. Tourist life is in full swing there, cafes and bars are full, live music plays, dance performances take place.
At the Old Market, evening shows are free every day. Opposite the Old Market, a new shopping center Tiran opened, we really liked the prices. Fruits on the market are cheap, 1-2 dollars strawberries, mangoes, tangerines, etc.
