But in general, everything has somehow become lower level, cheaper - not by price, but by the quality of service. It started with the fact that the number at the reception was not given to us immediately, they said "wait 5 minutes", but we had to wait almost an hour, and we did not have time for lunch. The rooms used to have bathrobes, slippers, now they are gone, but if you ask, they will give you. Meals - according to the "all inclusive" system (before there were only breakfasts or breakfasts and dinners). Café Fresco is closed for refurbishment, meals are served in a huge dining room set up in the ballroom of the conference building. Buffet, not so much choice.
