The hotel is wonderful! Purity, beauty! The food is excellent! We in Odessa understand well to eat and I am outraged by the reviews, where are the claims to food! The only thing is that it was impossible to eat olives, they were probably salted incorrectly. The territory is beautiful, large, well-groomed. The sea was warm, but it was not possible to swim because of the wind. It was very unpleasant that there were a huge number of flies around the pool. There are Velcro, other means of struggle. For a hotel of this level, this is unacceptable! The New Year was celebrated well, the hotel tried very hard - both the table and the music.
There are 2 Russians at the reception - one girl with a good character, really helps if necessary, and the other is like a fascist from films about the war, and, in my opinion, she does everything against the Russians.
The tour operator TEZ-tour and his representative in Sharm did NOT do well. The charter on the last day was moved from morning to evening, and then we marinated at the airport for many hours. We arrived at the hotel at 2 am, they didn’t even give us rations from lunch and dinner. And they stole the day from us! I think it was a planned savings action.

The representative of TEZs in Sharm could not organize all the excursions, he was late to pick up the excursion, behaved disrespectfully, dishonestly (did not take the phone, tried to cheat with money).
The most important thing in Sharm is not to leave the hotel! Only in the hotel did we feel safe. And around the zoo! And I feel sorry for them, the Egyptians, but it's very disgusting!
