Everything is shabby. There are dead bugs or cockroaches on the floor. The safe didn't work. The balcony didn't close. Let's go fight. After 5 minutes of wrangling gave another number. This one was a little better, but also not a fountain. Since we no longer had the strength to go on cursing, we decided to stay here and try to change the hotel. Now about the room: near the pool, second floor. The handle on the front door fell off at the first touch. Then the person who came to clean the room put it in its place, but it fell off again. In the end, we threw it somewhere. Bath: tiles yellowed with age. To flush the toilet, it is necessary, as in the old Soviet times, to pull the plastic lever towards you. The curtain in the bathroom is grey. Room: the walls are dirty, they have not been painted for a long time. The furniture is all old beaten and shabby. There was no mini bar at all, there was a gaping empty hole. The refrigerator stood alone and growled like a tractor. The curtain plunged me into complete shock: something dirty and gray, all with incomprehensible stains and holes from cigarettes. Next was the linen inspection. It seemed to be clean, but the pillowcase was all in spools and laying down on it for the first day was terrible. Covers dirty and with holes. Balcony: two broken-down chairs and, again, a non-closing door. Darkness. But as other vacationers later told us that our room was still a super-suite compared to theirs. In short, if you want to remember the old Soviet hotels in the 90s, then you are here. Food: normal, good quality canteen. It's hard to call this a restaurant. Everyone said so, let's go to the canteen. Territory: two large pools. One of which is dirty to such an extent that sand has accumulated on which mucus has already formed. The second deep is more or less clean. But the water in them was so cold that it was possible to stay in them for a maximum of 5 minutes. Although in the photographs, especially at night, it all looks more or less decent and it even seems that the hotel is good. Beach: private 15 minutes by bus. Compared to the hotel super chic and shine. But compared to the neighboring one, not so much. Although the place for the beach is super - a beautiful bay, a good bottom. The bed for 7 days was changed only on the 6th day. For the money left, they rolled a towel for us with a heart, but the bed was never changed, although every day he came and simply covered it. Same story with towels. Staff: disgusting and arrogant, overgrown. They don’t do anything for free, they just rummage through your things and steal money. Even those buyouts are in jeans in a pocket in the closet. Therefore, everything of value in the safe, and so all things had to be stored in a suitcase under lock and key. They do not hesitate to climb the boxes with your things even with you, and if a girl enters the room alone, they can also offer to have sex with them. In the middle of the night, there are also calls about having sex. Separate entertainment is aircraft. The runway starts right outside the hotel fence. Therefore, the plane practically flies into your room and this is with regularity one plane every 10 minutes, and sometimes even 5 minutes. This is a kind of evening show to watch the planes land. Animation is almost non-existent. There is only a game of volleyball on the beach and at best two animators will dance one dance for the whole day. In the evening, a disco where animators hang out until 11 entertaining themselves, and then they go about their business. There were no shows. The show was put on by the guests themselves. In short disappointment with the hotel knew no bounds. I'm not spoiled by five star hotels, and I'm not looking for dust under the bed. I write positive reviews about Crimean sanatoriums if I was there and I liked it. But this hotel exceeded all my expectations. By the way, as the locals said, she really has 2 stars. And the guides themselves almost openly laughed at us when we went there to settle. And then they said that you knew where you were going or they didn't tell you. And that if you made a mistake, then this will be a lesson for you for the future, that comrades should not try to save money and go on a last-minute tour for $ 630 per person. That's how much it cost us. Here we are not even talking about the service, but about our own safety. . It was possible to move to another hotel the next day by paying 500 bucks for two, but since we didn’t count on this amount, we had to stay here and drink this cup to the bottom. When we were taken to the airport, one of the accommodation guides was so surprised that we still stayed in this hotel that he could not believe his eyes. Here is such a story.
