Bought the tour three days before departure! Arrived on 10/23/2021 and they tell us at the hotel to sit down and wait there are no seats! After a couple of hours of waiting, they give a room, dirt is everywhere, bed linen is not changed! Please clean up the room, they pretend they don’t change the bedding, they only wiped the floor! We refused to check into a dirty room, they offer us another one, also dirty, there is upholstered furniture all greasy, when we called our guide and asked if he stayed to live in such a room, he said that he would solve our problem now. After that we were taken to another hotel! But they said that they would bring us back on the 25th and that a room would already be ready for us, but the miracle did not happen! When we were brought we were again told to sit down and wait, as there were no rooms! And the fact that they offered just horror, when we went into the dining room there was a nightmare in general, a dirty floor, shoes stuck, tables were not wiped, dishes were dirty, windows were dirty, unsanitary conditions were complete! I don’t understand at all how tourists were allowed to settle in such a hotel, and how they settle in it! Why if there are no places in the hotel they will not put it on stop!
