My friend and I rested at the height of the season, and in April, when 2 weeks before departure, everything you wanted was already on the foot and we were offered Eden Rock.
To begin with, it was written in the voucher that it was 4 *, but in fact 3 * and no more!
We were brought to the hotel around 11 in the morning, check-in, as you know, in all hotels from 2.00. But we were politely asked to wait until the room was cleaned and after 15 minutes we were already shown one room on the second floor overlooking the garden and the sea. They said if we wait a bit, they will show us a better room) as we asked)) after 10 minutes of waiting, we were shown a second room on the first floor overlooking the pool and the sea. To make it clearer to you, the hotel is built in the form of two semicircles - a larger semicircle inside the circle itself has a garden, and the open part looks at the bay (and the extreme part of the semicircle is a construction site), the second semicircle is smaller, in its middle there is a swimming pool and the open part also looks at the bay, there is also a dining room, from the windows of which you can see the Pasha disco and the rooms on the first floor have steps directly to the pool.

I was pleasantly surprised as for the first time in my life we were offered a room to choose from. Of course, we chose option number 2, since it had access from the balcony directly to the bass and to the dining room (Muscovites from the next room paid $ 35 extra for such a room). It cost us free, perhaps because we were 2 pretty girls, or maybe because my friend knew Arabic and they took her for theirs.
The room itself is ordinary, nothing special (a little shabby), there is a shower in the toilet, the telephone and one of the lamps did not work in the room, after the 3rd request, everything was fixed for us, the air conditioner worked fine, they cleaned it too well, twisted swans and turtles, etc. Towels they didn’t change every day, but when I called and asked to be changed, they did it.
In general, the staff there is super, everyone is already running over you) They constantly ask how things are going, the manager himself met every dinner at the entrance to the dining room, and asked how we were relaxing and whether we liked everything.
About food, I can say that the breakfasts were the same... either boiled eggs, or scrambled eggs... bullshit in short. But the dinners were good, only little fruit. At breakfast, drinks are free of charge: tea, coffee, juice (powder), milk. At dinner, all drinks are chargeable, including water (6 pounds).

The biggest minus of the hotel is the beach! There is no beach of its own, all vacationers go to the beach from the Lido hotel. Walk down the stairs and walk 20 meters and you are on the beach. The beach is very small, there are only 4 umbrellas for the entire beach. AND THERE IS NEVER A FREE LOUNGE! my friend and I came to the beach not late, but not early either, around 9. They made a scandal, a cat to a man. he works there, and he tells us they say we need to come earlier (before breakfast) and take sunbeds. We look and there is no one on the sunbeds, only towels are lying around... A couple of times he found sunbeds for us, they didn’t bring us an umbrella, because everyone was also busy and only palm trees saved from the sun, there are a lot of them. One fine day, there were no sunbeds for us and I had to follow the manager to our hotel, I quickly found him, and when we came to the beach together, sunbeds were quickly found for us. Eden Roc has a sort of contract with the Lido that Roc can only use 30 sunbeds, but there are a lot more people!
There are no carals on the beach, the entrance to the sea is free, but if you want to watch the sea world, you can go through the neighboring beaches to the panton (as we did) and from there snorkel, there are fish and everything you need)
As already written before me, the hotel wins with its location. You go out and you are in the center of Nyama Bay. Therefore, I didn’t have to be bored at the hotel, we spent time actively))
In general, I really liked the rest, because the hotel does not play a big role for me.
Of course, if you eat on the condition that you don’t get out of the pool and in general from the territory of the hotel with the expectation of a relaxing holiday, then Eden Rock is not the best option. And if the hotel is just a place to sleep, change clothes and continue walking, great! He is for you!
I hope my review will be useful to you, Olesya.
