We stayed at this hotel from November 23rd to 30th. In Egypt 11 times. We drove mainly for the sake of the sea, so I’ll start right away from the beach. Previously, the free beach of this hotel was Phanar Beach. But now part of the beach, the one that was secured by this hotel, was closed. Dive Inn had the most extreme part of the beach, which was constantly flooded with water at high tide, some kind of service arrived and fenced off this piece with yellow tape, as an emergency, because. above it hang the edges of the cliff. They have been hanging for a long time, but they noticed it on the 2nd day of our stay. They said that they were closing this part for 2 months, but while we were there, no one thought to do anything, so these 2 months could stretch for a couple of years. The rest of the hotels remained on this beach, and people from our hotel began to be taken to Marhaba / Terazin beach. This place is more like a lake, because. the sea is not visible there, it is separated by hills. There are no corals or fish. Now you can get to the coral beach only for money.
The rest of the hotel is good. Small but cozy. We arrived at 10:30 in the morning and they told us that they would settle at 12, but they settled in half an hour. We were given a room overlooking the pool (no extra charge). The staff is very polite. Everything worked in the room, there is a hair dryer, soap, shampoo. The furniture is old, but a flat-screen TV, you can insert a USB flash drive. They fed well. The breakfasts are simple, but for dinner the choice was good: every day 2 types of meat + fish, vegetables, some fruits, delicious sweets (almost every day there was baklava). The hotel is located in a convenient location - you can walk for a walk in Il Mercato, 1001 nights, to the market (Old Market) about 30 minutes walk. Every evening, a free minibus goes from the hotel to Naama Bay at 21:00, back at 12 at night. But in Naama, almost everything is more expensive. At the market they took a delicious fresh mango for 10 pounds.
We flew with the Join Up operator. We were a little worried, because. Never heard of this carrier before. But the fears were in vain. We were met, settled, even a guide appeared at the hotel. When they left, the flight was delayed for 6 hours, because. the plane was late from a previous flight. But Join Up warned us about this the night before (they called the room), and thanks to this delay, we still spent the whole day on the beach (we checked in the room in the morning, left our things in the reception room and went to the beach all day). So we are grateful for both the delay and the timely warning.
