Hello everybody!! ! Rested in this hotel so many times, a lot of friends, good friends, we met in this hotel!! ! The hotel was like a second home for us, but everything has changed for the worse! FOOD for the pandemic period is excellent, we talked with tourists from other hotels, compared, ours is better !! ! ROOMS - everything is clean, everything works!! ! STAFF - you can put a lot of points, it is simply not enough in the hotel, although the occupancy is very small. The hotel is turning into a nursing home! Even those few young people who come to the hotel say that they will not come to this hotel a second time and will not recommend it to anyone !! ! The reason is the lack of entertainment for young people, something needs to be done about it!!!
Since we are regular guests of the hotel, upon check-in, we were put fruits in the room, but they simply forgot about us. Even after a reminder at the reception again FORGOT!! ! ANOTHER SURPRISE WAS EXPECTED FOR MY BIRTHDAY - THEY FORGOT TO GIVE US A CAKE!! ! WOW AND THIS IS A HOTEL WHICH FOR US IS LIKE A NATIVE HOUSE!!! ! And only thanks to our most respected bartender MUKHAMED OKSHA the holiday was not spoiled, thanks only to him!!!
