I want to warn you right away - if you have small children, or if you are set up purely for passive relaxation by the pool with a cocktail - it’s better to save up some money and go to the top five with a sandy beach.
And if you know how to ignore the little things and are able to entertain yourself, then this is the best option.
1. Location.
The airport is a 20-minute drive, the Il Mercato shopping street is a 5-minute walk, there is a free minibus to Naama Bay every evening (our guide said that there is no such minibus, but we checked at the reception, they gave us a schedule). That is, everything you need is nearby.
2. Placement, appearance of the hotel and rooms.

We arrived at 10, settled after 14.00, before that time everything was paid, even some water in the bar. But 4 hours can be tolerated... They settled us without money. The room has everything you need, and everything works, the air conditioner is manually regulated, so that a comfortable temperature is set without problems. The refrigerator works, the shower works. . . The safe did not work, and they did not respond to requests to fix it. . But no one stole anything from the room. No insects, no lizards.
The hotel area is small, you can’t walk there, but everywhere is VERY clean, and the cleaners are constantly sweeping something, washing, cleaning... The room was cleaned well, they made flowers from towels.
3. Food.
I had enough, someone may be hungry at lunch / breakfast, but if you don’t find fault, you can always find something. Delicious pancakes for breakfast, fresh scrambled eggs are cooked, spaghetti is cooked in front of you for lunch and dinner (at the same time, in principle, there is nothing but spaghetti for lunch). Dinner is the most varied - several types of meat, side dishes, a lot of sweets. In short, everyone will find something to their taste. From fruits, mainly watermelon, orange, green melon, green dates, once they gave figs. You pour drinks for breakfast yourself, waiters serve them for lunch and dinner, and you have to sign for them, but this does not bother you at all.
4. Beach.
A shuttle bus runs to the hotel beach according to the schedule, while the beach is really small, so it is advisable to go to the first minibus - at 9 o'clock, then you can choose a sunbed. But in extreme cases, they will put you on sunbeds from other hotels - you will not stand.
What is bad is that there is no pontoon, to go to the depths of the corals, and if you are not extremely careful, it is very easy to skin your legs.
The reef and fish are fabulously beautiful, divers from other hotels were brought to us to dive, a mask is a must!
We went to the paid beach of Marhaba for 10 pounds, it is sandy, but there is a bay, and the sea is not visible at all. There is a minibus at 10, back at 16.00, that is, you skip lunch, but you can also have lunch on the beach, for $ 6 you will be given a giant portion with grilled meat, salad, potatoes / rice and unlimited drinks.

5. Entertainment. I haven't been to the animation, so I can't say anything, but other people complained. All animation ended at 11 pm at most, then - by yourself. Some people said they were bored. At the same time, they sat in the hotel in the evening and waited to be entertained. We did not wait, but went to have fun ourselves. You should definitely go to Naama Bay, the minibus is free, and it’s interesting, fun, and absolutely safe there, because there are crowds of people (50/50 ours and Arabs))
6. Staff and guide.
The staff is friendly, if you smile at them, they will always treat you well, the manager always helps, resolves issues. It is advisable to know English, because many people speak Russian either poorly, or with such an accent that it’s easier to ask to repeat in English - it’s clearer))
Guide Amro sucks. Firstly, he demanded to give him the original insurance, because they say otherwise you will not be registered and your tickets will be sold to someone else. yeah, right now, the redeemed tickets will be sold... This is all a campaign so that you do not go on an excursion from other tour operators, because where will you go without insurance. We didn't return our insurance and no one sold our tickets anywhere.
Secondly, excursions from the guide cost 2 times more than the boy on the beach, and the quality is either the same or even worse. At least during the trip to Israel, our bus from the Flash Tour was the only one of the column that broke down.
And thirdly, although Amro promised that he would be at the hotel every morning from 8 to 10, but when I had problems, he was not there, and I could not call him, although the receptionist dialed him for half an hour from different phones.
In general, for your money and in Egypt - this is a very good four, do not find fault with trifles, tune in optimistically and you will be happy)))
